Let me start by saying that I am not someone who has ever written a negative review about a business before. I was notified at 3:50pm on a Friday (when they close at 5 o’clock) that my vehicle was ready. Great! Except for the fact that they’re closed on the weekends and since marking my work complete, it would cause me to pay out-of-pocket for my rental car over the weekend and through Monday. The only accommodation was to pay over the phone and they leave my keys in my paperwork with the car in the parking lot. Because of the inconsiderate way this was handled, I will not be returning my business to this place of work.

Great service and great communication. Having to deal with the at-fault drivers insurance was a nightmare, but the folks at Joe Hudson made up for it 100%. They did great work and also added a few parts that we supplied during the process. I hope I don’t have a need for collision repair in the future, but if I do, I’ll be using them again.

First time to use the Hwy 280 location of this company. I was extremely satisfied with the work they performed and the time frame to be completed. Staff was very easy to work with. If needed, I would definitely use them again.

My experience was absolutely Wonderful. Their customer service was great. My vehicle was repaired in 4 days, back looking and functioning like new. I am very Grateful. Thank you Joe Hudson’s Collision.

Great job on my repair. Car was returned cleaned. There were a couple of scratches where the repair was, but I think this will be easily buffed out. They returned it to me ahead of schedule!

I had my first Collision on my car 05/2024 in 30 years. Hudson's Secretary Connie was helpful and kept me up with the updates of my car. It took about 6 weeks for Hudson's Body shop to fix my car. It took about 3-4 weeks for them to receive the parts. Hudson repair my car, (the collision took place in the back side of my car where the driver seats). however, when I went to pick up my car there was additional paint damage to the front of my car. I spoke with Mr. Williams, and he had the audacity to tell me that I had a bad paint job. And he refuses to fix it. I was fear of retaliation, so I did not want to press the matter. I also had pictures when I drop the car and when I picked up my car (for evidence of the damage). I don't recommend Hudson Body Shop on HWY 280.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! If I could put 0 stars I would. They cost me over $550 of additional repairs so far! ($250 battery, $50 spare tire lock cap & $248 tire) it will cost me another $200+ to replace the tire on the opposite side so no more damage occurs to my truck. I was sent to this location by my insurance company. It was the closest shop from my house, about 45 miles. I came to the shop 3 times to pick up my truck because it was supposedly repaired but every time I had to leave it. Battery dead, dash lights on and repairs not complete. Complete waste of my time especially having to find a ride that far away. Repair was supposed to be completed by 11.16.23 after I dropped it at the beginning of October. Without a call, the repair completion date changed to the beginning of December; I believe it was the 12th. Again without a call, it was changed again to the end of December. They told the insurance company it was completed on 12.28.23. Straight lie, they did not even have the fender flares to complete the repair. I did not pick up the truck until February 2024! The repairs still were not complete and I had to take it to another shop further from my house to complete the repairs. After they ordered the incorrect fender flares, I had to fight for them to replace all 4 so they matched. I was told they could only repair the damaged one and I would have to replace the others myself. They could not find someone to repair the damaged rim, but they assured me they had it certified and I would get a letter stating it was safe. Still waiting for that. I have a box of random screws they left in the truck, but I have no idea where they go. They lost the cap to the spare tire lock on the rear bumper. I had a container of change in the back seat that disappeared. I had to replace my battery after I picked it up because they let it sit so long without running it. When I dropped it off, I did not have a check engine light on. When I picked it up, it was on. They wouldn’t not fix it because the damage was to the rear of my truck and the engine was not damaged. I was t-boned when another driver blew through a yield sign. He hit me hard enough to send my truck airborne and spin me 180 degrees. What they did fix is subpar and amateur at best. Chips in the paint, missed dents and they got overspray all over the bottom of my truck. They claimed they could not get the bolts out to remove the bed. This is very odd because less than a year prior, another body shop had it off. Only a few of the pictures of the “repaired areas”. They also called me and asked if I wanted the same brand tire that was damaged. The employee explained it was rather expensive. She stated that the insurance company would only cover 40% because the tire was 60% worn; I would have to cover the difference. I explained that I was hit and the other driver was at fault. Their policy should cover the rest. It should also cover the other side because you should not run tires at a drastically different tread. She said ok. I had to pay for it!!! Worst experience at a mechanic/body shop.

They released the car with visible errors in the repair. They agreed it needed to be reworked but I would have rather they catch it in a quality control process in lieu of me having to find the issues and return for a rework.
