Purchased 2 tires on a Friday then went home for my weekend off where my car didn't move all weekend. When I went to go to work at 6A Monday morning I noticed I had a low tire warning so I left early from work to have my tire checked. Once I get there the lady at the front desk tells me that it will be $15 for a patch I explained that I just purchased the tires from her less than 72 hours ago. She then stated that she doesn't know how I drive and that if I drove correctly I wouldn't have needed the repair. I was pissed and let her know that her know that her extra comments weren't needed and that if I needed to pay I would but I'd be damn if I allow this location to fix a my tire since obviously something went wrong the first time. I understand how hard this job can be that's why I had tipped $20 the first time I came but after experiencing the worse Customer service from the office I will never go back. Currently at Ron's replacing the 2 tire I purchased from this establishment.

Went and got a used tire put on and they didnt tighten the lug nuts tight by the next day the tire was soo loose it almost fell off.

Bruce from All about towing called Tito to help me with tires so I would definitely get the proper tires which I did Tito was amazing he went all out checking my tires alignment you name it he checked it let me know what I need. I will always go back to Tito, thank you and I have referred Tito to your business

Needed two new front tires went to Walmart. They were all out of my size. The other Walmart in the area was also out of the size I needed couldn’t go any farther on these tires went over to Joyce’s used tires and batteries they had two good used tires in stock and also they were able to get me two brand new tires at the best price Ordered for the next day. JOCES will get my tire business from here on in they rock!

We had Joces put 4 new tires on. A week later we had a low tire pressure signal so we went back to them. They said the valve core was lose. THEY PUT THESE TIRES ON! So why would they charge me to tighten the valve core. Completely disappointed in their customer loyalty as we've been here multiple times. What a joke. Ill spread the word. I can't stop all business coming their way and wouldn't try but be observant. Maybe this is how they try to keep you as a customer. Wrong way to promote a business Joces. Shame on you!
