First off it was very cold, I’m a inspector so I’m all over town. Decided to stop here my tire kept losing air for two reasons it was very cold and because my rim was bent a little. Well I have an air machine and I had already put air about three times. I wanted to patch it but my man told me to tell them to just replace the tire, since I was in his car. I told them they said nothing is wrong with the tire and it’s fine and if it loses air it’s bc it’s cold out but it went down to 4 air when it’s supposed to be 40 during colder times. He repeated that several times after I told him I understood but I just wanted to buy a tire he said I didn’t need one. I felt relieved bc I trusted him. I paid him for the air 10.85 which was fine. Told him I’d leave a honest review but I left there and my tire went flat by time I got to mount houston on 45 and found another tire shop. They actually removed the tire and found a hole at the bottom when I was told it was fine I’m just not putting enough air. Which he was clearly wrong and probably was too cold he didn’t want to replace my tire. I literally asked him to replace it several times. This other tire shop said they didn’t understand why he didn’t take the tire off and just sprayed it while it was on. Bad business see the thing about me is I’ll leave a review about my service. Regardless shout out to Houston USA Tires for fixing and replacing my tire when I almost got stranded on freeway.

I've come twice now and every time the service has been excellent! I went for a patch today and had them put the tire back on for me, and was STILL in and out in less than 10 minutes for about 15 bucks. The mechanic was extremely efficient and straight to the point without trying to upsell me which I appreciate as a first time car owner. I've always believed that small businesses are the way to go and J&J Tire definitely proves this!

The service was fast and friendly at J&J Tires and the prices were incredibly reasonable. Jose was very good at explaining everything and Joseph was very friendly. It is very nice to support a local, family-owned business!

One of my tires was getting very low on a Sunday at 3;45 pm. Searching online for a tire shop that was open in my area. Saw JJ Tires closed at 4:00. I called and told Jose I was on my way, they fixed it in 7 minutes. Great job, great people. Highly recommend!

It's not easy finding honest automotive business but this is definitely one of those places. I came in with my low tire notification on and was grateful when advised that my tire didn't any puncture. The attendant even told me why the notification was on and how to recalibrate the sensor responsible so it would turn off. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest good deal.

Guy tried to low ball me on some brand new tires I had taken off my truck with under 20k miles on them! They came with the truck when I bought it! Tried to give me 10 dollars a tire! Would rather walk then go to this guy for tires!

Idk how this place gets business. I talked to the bald guy and asked him for a patch job. It was two nails to patch and he tried charging me 20 dollars per patch!!?? I smirked at him and told him that’s the same price I could get a tire for. He said well yea and that’s it. I told him to just put the tire back on and asked him if he can just put some air on it cause I was gonna look elsewhere and needed to get it patched asap. He said sure. At this point I was pleased because I was thinking he’s somewhat a good guy and helping me out seeing that I need air. He finished putting air and came straight to me with his hand out saying “5 dollars”. Wow I guess you gotta make your money somehow but this way ain’t it. Idk if it was because he saw my need for a service and probably thought oh he can’t go anywhere so I’ll take advantage. I don’t recommend this place at all and to anyone looking stay away. If he tried to rip me off he probably will to you too.

I had a flat tire. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. Employee refused to assist. He wouldn't lend me air, a jack, no help whatsoever. His excuse to me was that everyone was gone. I was with my boyfriend, who works on cars, and could have fixed the situation with some aid of equipment. Useless.
