I have been going there for about 20 years and have always had both a pleasurable and successful outcome. he has kept my 2001 and 2004 cars working and in great shape.

I had my car for 7 months in this shop to get my hood and bumper fixed. The owner Roberto is really disrespectful, when you call him he doesnt like to pick up his phone and when he does is yelling. He charged me $1000 for this job and didnt do it. I lost my $1000 and i had to go and pick my car up as I left it 7 months ago. He said that i had to pay more because he ordered extra parts that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. He just bought them. Do not pay in advance because he will lay back and do not do his job. Look for other choices. For these 7 months i was without my vehicle, so I STRONGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS SHOP. Look for different options. When you pay for a service you deserve respect and be treated right.

Roberto(mechanic and owner of this shop) is VERY knowledgeable about vehicles and does great work at a reasonable price. He is the only mechanic I trust to work on my Mercedes!

This is a great place to get your automobile repaired. I am a woman and have never been treated with disrespect at J & J Auto Repair. Their pricing is fair, their work is honest and they are reliable. Not sure why anyone would give a less than stellar review. My interactions with Roberto have always been 5 star!!!!

This a horrible shop to take your car ti this man Roberto and jose tried to charge me more money because I'm a woman the thought they could mess up my car by poring water in my oil to charge me more money to fix the motor when only the starter was messed up this man and his son shouldn't even be in business. I hope they got there green cards because I am going to report them to chanel 5 news and immagration...INS....

Love this father and son shop! Roberto always goes out of his way to help a customer and works quickly. He never overcharges & isn't out to make $ off of you or rip you off in anyway!! This is a very honest, trust worthy and reliable shop!

The service is horrible the mechanics are disrespectful and shiesty and they take forever on your vehicle and then it comes back with scratches and oil on your paint job I recommend you not take your car there
