Had a flat tire at the truckstop in Nampa and on a tight schedule. They were able to move things around and arrived in 36 minutes from when I called them... I'm so grateful for it. Thank you very much.

DO NOT USE!!! Horrible owner! I’m a disabled veteran, brand new to tire world. I was hurt on the job. James Alverson (Jim) did not file an injury report. He also denied the incident ever happened. $2000 out of my pocket for getting hurt by gross negligence from another employee with blood relations to Jim. Jim has made it very clear the ONLY thing he cares about is himself. It’s only a matter of time before MSHA and OSHA catch this rotten crook for all of the employee safety measures he doesn’t use. Take your vehicle to Craig Bruneel (Point S Tire) for good, honest service.

Employees and service are great. But the phone number and address when you search with Google are wrong. Phone # is Jim's wife but not correct number. So Jim's tire gets 5 stars. But Google get 0 stars when looking up Jims tire.

Kelly O'Neil was on the forks of the fork lift being lifted up and clowning around in a very unsafe manner and got his hand caught in a pinch point. Jim offered to pay half the bill and never got back to him at the end of the last conversation.
