Did a great job on my oil change, in and out in around 45 minutes! They refilled my washer fluid and aired up my tires too! Staff was friendly and the price was excellent! Can't say enough, they were awesome!!

Took 2 vehicles there for the first time. Nissan Kicks Mass Air Flow sensor and Dodge Ram exhaust studs gasket repair. Super clean shop and great service with fair pricing!

called to get an estimate and spoke with a lady that wasnt very nice!!! she passed the phone off with a smart remark to a gentlemen who then proceeded to be rude as well, my money going else where!!!

Fast capable service!! I needed a test pipe modified and cut down to size.. they were fast and came up with a solution I hadn’t even thought of using. That’s why you go to the pros though.. thank you!

Eight years ago I gave a five star review and I continue to give five stars. I towed my stalled truck to the lot. They figured out what was wrong, told me they couldn't fix. Didn't charge me for the diagnostic. They let me keep my truck on their property a week until I got a tow truck. They are honest and helpful. Will continue to take my vehicles to them.

Fixed my exhaust for free bc it was an easy fix instead charging me for a new one parts and labor like some shops would… Very fast, reliable, experienced, honest, and 🤩 AWESOME!

I’ve been a customer at Jim’s muffler for 10 years or more and I usually don’t have a problem but I tell you that this business is downright wrong. I was having AC problems last year due to another company in Belton who put a used AC compressor in my F350 diesel truck. I went to Jim’s to have them put in a New compressor since the used one didn’t work. I was told that I had a 1 year warranty on the labor and parts. After the install of the compressor my truck was not getting as cold as it should have. I immediately called them and spoke with the lady there. She told me to bring it back in to check it out. It took a couple of weeks due to my hectic schedule but I finally got it in to the on yesterday. I was told that it needed a drier install and the lines had to be flushed because something was blocking the lines, possibly shrapnel from the used unit that was on prior. I would think that this should have been done before you put the new one on especially since you already knew the history. Now they want to charge me another $800 after I’ve already paid $900 for the original install. It sounds like Jim’s muffler doesn’t want to honor there warranty. Then the owner got smart with me and told me to take it back to the person who worked on it before. What happened to good customer service. Especially after spending thousands of dollars over the past 10 years. I will never use this place our recommend them to anyone. A warranty is only as good as your word and their word is not worth 2 cent Beware of this establishment!!!

The lady who helped me was super nice and the mechanic who fixed my car told me what was wrong and how much it would be up front and they had me in and out in one business day after me calling them and fixed an issue I was having for weeks for a very good price

My car had been making an awful lotta racket for about two months and it was because my muffler became detached from my exhaust. I put off getting it fixed for so long because of a tight budget, but this didn't break the bank at all! Bill invited me back into the shop so I could see what was wrong and gave me options on what he could do to repair it. I was there for less than an hour, everyone was very pleasant, and Jim's Discount Mufflers will now have a loyal customer! Thanks to them, I don't have to be the loud jerk driving around! (:

The most honest, nicest, reasonably priced auto shops I have found. Take all our vehicles there. Highly recommend!!! My wife and daughter love this place (as much as they could love an auto shop).

I have dealt with these guys a few times they've always been fair and honest with me. They're very easy to work with and have never tried to push any additional services on me at all. I've had a few special requests to do with parts and things like that and they've never given me any hassles with any of it nice people easy to work with.

I was having an issue with the air conditioner in my car where air wasn't blowing out of the vents, and of course this happens right before KC hits triple digit temperatures, Brandy got me scheduled in and they had me In and out in 2 hours time. Very reasonably priced, professional, friendly, air now works great...will recommend to anyone!

Talk with a gentleman there. He hasn't done any work for me yet. But unbelievably honest and clear in his explanations. Someone who's been doing this for a long time and has the patients to talk to someone Who doesn't quite understand and is willing to give you multiple options. A true quality technician and credit to his craft.
