A caring team of experts even checked in with me to follow up to make sure I was ok with my truck Excellent if I should ever have a problem again this will be my home. I have been here twice already, I am happy with my service finally found a new home for automotive care that does everything, and a team who cares. Great job everyone!

best experience- i called jim’s in a panic bc i had a flat tire on a brand new car and could t even figure out online what size it was bc the manufacturers published incorrect info- jim’s spent the time on the phone with me and on line to figure it out- they immediately ordered the tire- it was in the next morning and installed that day. cant recommended them enough!!!

Always great service. There's always coupons available! We had an issue for a few weeks with our car. We had to take it back a few times. But everyone at Jim's was extremely communicative and talked us through the entire process. Super honest place.

I made an appointment for an inspection for my car earlier this month. I had to reschedule due to being sick, but the team was understanding and made the reschedule easy. When I went in, I was told the wait would be about an hour and a half, but it ended up being less than an hour. While I waited, I noticed the team at the front desk working non stop and they were friendly to everyone.

I was recommended to Jim‘s auto service through (Car Shield)who is # 1 a scam artist as well. After having my vehicle towed there,they finally got around to replacing the engine in my 2019 QX 60 Infiniti. I was charged a little shy of $10,000. 3 weeks after driving it I noticed I had an oil leak & took it back and they repaired it, which took another 3 days. 3 months after that my vehicle started smoking and leaking fluid profusely as if it was on fire. Sooo I had it towed back to Jim’s auto. It took them a couple days before they could get back with me just to tell me i needed a transmission & they could locate one for me. I informed them, I was going to get a second opinion. I then had my vehicle towed from Jim’s auto to Ardmore Infiniti where it was purchased brand new. Ardmore Infiniti performed a diagnostics and discovered it was a transmission issue because of mechanical negligence.They also discovered original bolts and screws from Jim‘s auto were not replaced back into the sockets, according manufacturers, specs. Improper screws were placed in sockets & some left out from Jim’s auto mechanics which caused malfunctioning in the transmission. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income at the age of 75. I have never experienced anything so horrific in my entire life. I’ve been driving ever since I was 16 years of age. Even to this day they’ve ignored my phone calls & blocked me! They have given me the complete runaround tactic.They have lied, cheated & calls me an enormous amount of stress and anxiety as a client. I’ve even asked people in the neighborhood within a 4-5 block radius about (Jim’s auto service). I’ve been informed they are the worst ever. If I could rate them,it would be POOR!!! on a scale from 1, being the poorest to 10 being Excellent, I would rate them a (ZERO) if I could! This is the report from Ardmore Infiniti Customer brought his vehicle into are repair facility, stating that there was a major oil leak coming from under neath his car. We reviewed Mr. Harrison’s history stating that he had the engine replaced recently at Jims auto, when we brought the vehicle in to check it out there was transmission oil leaking directly out of the bell housing , when that happens the engine on these vehicles, the transmission has to come out and looks like it may have not been installed correctly, there was a couple of bolts that appeared to be the incorrect size connecting the bell housing and the gaskets appeared to be damaged. Recommending it needs to be taken back to Jims auto to fix the transmission leak.

Great service! I don't usually go to these guys, but when my usual mechanic was booked out for a while, I gave them a call. Bryan kept in touch with me on what they were doing, how long it should roughly take and when I could hear from them about any updates on my car. These guys saved me a good amount of money for a service that was going to be a lot more expensive at a different place in the area. They even worked with me and negotiated price a little bit to save me extra money here and there.

I was very displeased with this shop. I was charged a 170$ diagnostic fee. The work to be done was quoted at 1400.00 dollars. Got my car towed to another shop and got the work done for 520.00 dollars. I was also told I needed a new battery, and that was incorrect.

Jim's Auto is the best! Very organized and gets things done quickly. The people are friendly and kind. They actually rushed to get my car done because my little one was sent home from school sick and I needed to get him to the doctors! So thankful for that. I highly recommend Jim's Auto!

They don’t respect your time and they overcharge for things they don’t even do! Got all brake pads “fixed” went to another dealership and they said they only did the front brakes. Not a trusted shop. Do not go here!

Took my car here for the first time for inspection based on FB recommendations. Honest and courteous service--pulled my car around for me so i could exit easily. I also received a text with the full report on the inspection which I thought was really helpful. My only complaint was a long wait time upon pickup, but i will go back.

I recently moved to the area, and had trouble starting my car due to a dead battery. I contacted Jim’s auto service, and they were so quick and helpful in getting my car back up and running and returned to me. I will definitely be returning here for my next service!
