Jimmy G’s is a Definite 5 star+. Jimmy, himself, is a very polite young man. I had a routine oil change, which was reasonable. It actually came in less than the quote. Now that’s a first!! The owner was honest with me, about any or no maintenance for the future and that is much appreciated, & very important!! I will definitely continue my business with Jimmy G’s and recommend his business to all I know! Thanks Jimmy Added review... about 1 yr. later, I insisted my husband take his vehicle to Jimmy. Said he was very honest. So, he did. Took his Ford Explorer for a repair quote. We were almost 100% sure it was a warranty issue. Jimmy said he checked and it was not a warranty issue and the fee was in the 1thousand $ + range. So, me being me, we went to Bell Ford and they checked for us and yes, it was a warranty job. We didn't pay 1 cent out of pocket. They delivered the car back home after repair. Sorry, Jimmy, that your research wasn't sufficient. I'm not sure if you didn't know how to check for warranty coverage or if you were being lazy. Very dissappointed. I thought for Sure you were our "Go To Guy" for our cars.

I just want to give a huge Thank You to Jimmy and his mechanics that worked on my 2000 Ford F150 . It was a difficult situation to say the least. Jimmy made sure that my boyfriend and I were kept in the loop with everything he had done on my truck. Jimmy is very loyal to us and gave me his word that my truck would be fixed. He went way over and above to make sure my Ford was safe for me to drive. I can now drive with confidence because of him. I would definitely recommend Jimmy G’s Econo Lube . I wish I can give more than 5 stars because of how professional the team was. Thank you once again for taking your time to fix our truck.

**Buyer Beware!** I recently took my Buick Enclave to Jimmy G's Automotive for a routine oil change, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. During the service, they noted a transmission leak and recommended I take the car to the dealer for repairs. However, when the dealer called to update me, they informed me that while the transmission leak had been repaired, the oil filter installed during the oil change was improperly fitted and leaking very badly. I called Jimmy G's to notify them of the issue and spoke directly with Jimmy. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to make things right, I was met with nothing but excuses. He blamed "defective oil filters" on GM products and shrugged off any accountability. When I pointed out that if defective parts were a known issue, they should’ve checked it before returning the car, I was told that it wasn’t worth the time it would take—really? I was a loyal customer for years before the ownership change, frequently recommending Jimmy G's to neighbors, friends, and family. Unfortunately, the new owner’s dismissive attitude and unwillingness to take responsibility have ensured that my family will no longer be coming back. If you’re looking for quality service and accountability, look elsewhere. Jimmy G’s new management has made it clear they don’t value their customers.

Wow. If we could give 10 stars we would! You honestly don’t get great customer service anywhere these days, let alone at a mechanic. But Jimmy and his team are so different!! Every step of the way the service was above and beyond. HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRUSTWORTHY. Will recommend him every time someone needs a mechanic and will be a customer for life. Best auto shop, no pressure, best diagnostic ever, quick repair. I could go on and on but just go see for yourself.

I went in with my old truck and asked them to tell me everything that needed fixed and noted some obvious things I knew about. After their inspection, they provided me a detailed overview of the trucks condition and went over all the issues they found along with recommendations of what should be fixed and what can wait. I ended up going with their recommendation as it was in line with what I expected and was a fair price for the level of expertise needed. They were able to turn it around same day and now my truck feels like it drives like new again. The number of 5 star reviews for this place are well deserved. Will be using them in the future as everyone I dealt with was very professional and thanked us for choosing them for the work.

Don’t go anywhere else but Jimmy G’s automotive. They’ve save me thousands in repairs over the years and I bring all my vehicles here. Another mechanic tried to charge me 20k to replace an engine but they diagnosed the issue correctly and changed the spark plugs for $1500. Love the honesty and professionalism.

I was having difficulty changing my own oil due to the oil pain drain plug being too tight. They were very busy when I came in, but agreed to help me loosen it (a very simple and quick thing for them, but difficult for me when I'm under the car). When they agreed to help me with the little things like this, it speaks volumes to their professionalism and service. Seems to me this is a shop you can trust.

Repeat customer, came in for an oil change, possible battery and car inspection to give car to a family member. No wait time, tech took pictures to show any issues. Amazing service! Jimmy and his team did an excellent job servicing my mother-in-laws ‘97 Honda Accord. The car had not been in the shop for years and needed a fair amount of work and the pricing was extremely fair, Jimmy provided photos of all the necessary repairs and performed the work professionally and timely.
