The entire service process was smooth and very professional. My only disappointment was that I was quoted around $300 for the running board installation over the phone, but it ended up costing $460 when I arrived at the service center. Aside from that, everything else was great

I was quite disappointed with my service experience. The greeters were fantastic and tried their best, but I was the only car in the bay and numerous service advisors looked at me and walked away. After 25 minutes of waiting, the greeter told me Shaun would handle my vehicle. I had to walk into Shaun’s office in order to gain his brief attention and he did not deliver on customer satisfaction or experience. Upon picking up my vehicle, Tanner assisted me because Shaun was missing for an extended period of time. I was satisfied with my brief encounter with Tanner. Overall, I do still recommend Jim Hudson Lexus but I am extremely disappointed in my service experience.

We had some minor damage to the body of our 350H. I took it in to get an estimate. We waited quite a long time which is pretty normal for the dealership. The only thing I would improve: I recommend better communication, I.e., more instructions about the videos that we received. In the past, after we looked at inspection videos, no further action was needed. However, on the last of the three videos we received while in the waiting room, there was an estimate attached that was not obvious to me. Bottom line, please provide a little bit more instruction as to the process, and some instruction about the videos and what to expect and what to look for.

Went in for a regular maintenance check and Jared was my service advisor. They were quick, efficient, kept me informed and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. Very professional team which made for a pleasant experience. Hudson will be my go to from here on out.

Went to have my car serviced at Jim Hudson lexus in Columbia, South carolina. The place is honestly unreal. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful. First, the place is huge, very different than any other dealership I've visited. The guys who do compliment car cleaning, the service team, sales crew, etc. They were all nice and helpful and treated me great. Tanner was the gentleman who helped me with getting my car serviced. Down to earth guy. From the time he introduced himself, I felt like I got the best person. Got a straight answer to every question. My car was quickly picked up even though I was certain that with all those people there, I'd be there while. Tanner was great with his communication. Followed up with me at every step while helping others. Oh, these people had snacks. Free snacks. And not the cheap stuff, I mean a variety of drinks from water, apple orange juice, diet and sugar-free drinks, etc. Chips granola bars coffee variety, crackers fruit, etc. And the persons kept that area restocked every 30 minutes. There's an area that allows you to charge any items you need for free, they have a computer area for free, and one of te cleanest latrines I've been in probably just as clean as bucees. The hand soap smelled great like a gentleman cologne. A lot of seating, beautiful decor, and Noone harassed me once about anything. Everyone spoke or made jokes, but everyone from the cleaning crew to sales and matenance talked to me and was very knowledgeable. I can talk about jim hudson lexus in Columbia all day, but I would definitely go back. I will surely request Tanner. My only disappointment is that he and I have and I have rivalry in sports teams. I'm very pleased with my time there. I drove over an hour to get there. I wish they would bring a dealership closer to florence sc. That place would put a lot of places out of business. Thank you to Mr. Tanner and everyone and Jim Hudson Lexus. I wish I had cash to tip all of you. You all were a blessing and great. I hope all of you that I talked to get the opportunity to run your respective departments because I couldn't tell if you were or were not managers and supervisors because of how professional you all were. My only criticism is that before I forget is the lady who I spoke with in the phone was not helpful. I did not have an appointment, which worked out because my experience was still great, but the lady who I talked to when I called gave me misinformation, which made me nervous at first until Mr. Tanner ensured me it was okay, I'd still be helped no matter what. If you own or are looking to purchase a lexus, Jim Hudson is worth the drive. I saw several sales every customer was treated like celebrities. If they wanted, they could get the big bow, a big thing of roses or flowers, and a picture taken and put up on display. If they wanted. I saw some people who did not want that. I just love that that was an experience they offered every customer. Tanner, sir. Thank you for my holidays, easier and less stressful. May you all be blessed.

Working with Tanner was great. I came in right before Christmas and it was a clearly very busy day for them. Despite servicing many vehicles that day, Tanner was able to get me into a loaner vehicle so I could finish up Christmas shopping and my car was done sooner than anticipated!

it's always a pleasure to go to to jim hudson but particularly the last time i went I had Jared. He was very welcoming and had excellent customer service, he also made good conversation and overall was very friendly and helpful. Next time I come I will always ask for Jared!
