When I first got there I wasn't sure which window to go to, the guy I stood in front of completely ignored me literally didn't acknowledge me for 5 minutes. So i finally walked over to the next window and the young lady was sooo sweet. Samantha was absolutely amazing. If I went to her first I would have given 5 stars! She made me want to be there. She was very helpful and kept informed. Upon picking up my car the young guy was given my key but it took over 30 min before he could find my vehicle. But was very apologetic when he finally found it. I appreciated that. He was also very kind. Now I'm just waiting to see if my warranty will cover what I need done so I can bring my vehicle back in. Hopefully I will hear back from Samantha soon.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Colleen Wiggins! She was professional, personable, and she went the “extra mile” to get my car back that day. As an aging widower, my car is very important to me and she responded to that 😇 God bless her!

If you tell a customer two hours The customer better expect to stay there 4 to 6 hours if you’re waiting on a courtesy ride, it’s best to find your own way home.

after 3 days without my car, picked it up to find another problem which obviously ensued due to work just done and was told i had to drop my car off again for up to 72 hours for another diagnostic. no personal intervention, or care. i need my car

Arrived at 0715 for a multi-point inspection, an oil/filter change, tire rotation, windshield wipers replaced snd cabin air filter replaced. Was comfortably waiting when I was told the vehicle was ready at 0845. Great prompt professional service.

From the time I dropped it off, courtesy vehicle back home to sitting inside waiting was amazing. The staff was very accommodating and answered all my questions and concerns expeditiously.However, I did have a question reference needing an oil change so soon with only 3727 approx. miles.

I had to put an $8,000 8L90 transmission in my 2017 GMC Sierra 1500. It's been running hot since it was new and has had problems since inside the warranty period. You all know about the extensive problems GM has there, including a class action suit over that tranny. However, dealing with Samantha in the service dept was no picnic. At first, she was kind and helpful. In addition to the transmission swap, I asked for diagnostics to be done on two or three other items, which they did and charged fairly for the time. I also asked for an oil change. There was no oil change sticker placed on the windshield, and the tech failed to reset my indicator in the computer. Consequentially, I had to get under the hood to verify via the dip stick if it had new oil in it but it doesn't give me much confidence that they changed the filter. They sure did offer to change my cabin filter for me though, a 2 minute procedure anyone can learn on youtube. Beyond that, Samantha was in a foul mood the afternoon that I picked up my truck. She was not friendly and failed to ensure the truck was DETAILED including a coat of wax while it was there. It even said on the ticket "C/R coat of wax." All they did was a cursory vacuum, and a quick trip through the contact car wash. There were dirt spots and waters spots all over it. The wheels looked AWFUL with overspray from their tire treatment. It looked like crap. I’d asked for the tired to be rotated, and Samantha communicated to me by text that the wheel lock couldn’t be found. I told her it was in the glovebox. She said it wasn’t. I went to the truck, opened the glovebox, and there it sat in plain view. Additionally, immediately upon picking it up, I noticed that a new service light was on and the tire pressure monitoring system is not now working. No pride in the work or at the counter. Samantha was in such a foul mood that there was no hope of addressing any of that. She basically just said I wasn't charged for it, then turned around and walked off. In a world where it's really easy to go the extra mile to give excellent service, I have repeatedly found that most places just don't give a shit anymore. Edit: Nick, the service manager has since reached out and has been very accommodating to ensure these items are rectified. I grew up the son of an shop owner, and dad always asked that if they messed up, people give him a chance to make it right before speaking poorly about the business, so I am giving them a chance to make it right. I appreciate that.

If you can find some where else to take you vehicle or purchase please do. The service manager have a nonchalant personality. I sat in the dealership today for 1 hour for them to tell me they ordered the wrong part. I asked for my vehicle not be washed. Due to the brushes scratching your paint. The guy took it through any way and the manager said I quote I can’t unwash it with a blank stare. The service department isn’t what it use to be with great customer service. Nic is the only one left that value his customers. Anyone else your just a number and they don’t care about you just your money.

Superior service and customer service. Evacuating from Sarasota from hurricane Milton and had a tire I had to air up every 2 hours. It was a broken valve stem. Dealer got me back on the road by 9:30. Super impressed. Thanks again.

If I could rate a negative star, I would. While I understand staff shortages, poor customer service and follow through are no excuses. It has always been my desire to maintain Cadillac parts and service, I have not been able to get this with JH!! I have even tried contacting the service manager, customer relations manager and GM and still my issue is unresolved. The service manager did call back once, but did not leave a message and never returned my calls since this atrempt! The customer relations manager never responded to my email and GM has yet to call me back...this is terrible and disheartening! I hate having to use this platform but this may be the only way to get their attention!

Took 5 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation with an 8 30 scheduled appointment. Saw ma car out back asked the service man when will th car be ready he hits buttons and says they working on it. I looked at him and said how it's parked out back. He then leaves and come back with you are next. That took another 1 30. Never again. It al gave me a chance to look at those over priced cars in their lots
