Had my vehicle serviced today at Jim Hudson. My service advisor Nic Cooper was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable of my services needed. I planned on being there all day and Nic got me in and out in a timely manner. If you are looking for great service Nic is your guy!

I will not be doing business with them anymore. I will not be taking my vehicle to be serviced by them ever again. They provided incorrect information about how I am supposed to be reimbursed for tire that was still under warranty that had a blow out on the highway and I had to pay out of pocket to replace it. When I called the manufacture of the tire company they informed me this dealership was supposed to handle that claim because they have some type of process they follow and it involves sending the tire back to the manufacture and an inspection occurring. The inspection occurred at the dealership, but the service advisor told me I had to call the tire manufacture to be reimbursed for what I paid for the tire ( i thought it was strange I even had to pay for tire since they were still under manufacture warranty) which should have prompted the service guy to take different steps now that I know what should have occurred. When I found out from the tire manufacturer this is not the process and called the dealership and spoke to the manager in service by the name of Russell he basically said there was nothing he could do. That the service advisor probably did not know the process. That is unacceptable and not my issue that your service advisor doesn't know the process and providing incorrect information. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this place or doing business with them ever again not even to purchase a vehicle. I see why my mother doesn't go to the Jim Hudson Lexus anymore after purchasing her Lexus from them she said she had nothing, but issues from the service department. I guess it's a Jim Hudson issue all around with their service departments. I'll take my business elsewhere because to be told there is nothing they can do when their service advisor clearly gave me wrong information and now I am not being reimbursed for having to purchase a tire that blew out on me while driving down the highway which was no where near its warranty mileage and receives normal maintenance is not ok.

Today I went to the service department and Nic always gets me right every time. He always gives you up dates on your vehicle. He’s always polite and he values your feelings as a customer. He’s my favorite service professional.

I am a new customer to Jim Hudson GMC for my 2019 Acadia. I made an appointment for a battery replacement late Sunday evening for an early Monday arrival. I was met by Nic Cooper who was very professional, explained in detail the process and reminded me of a recall I had forgotten about. Nic has made me a future customer due to his impeccable service. Appreciated the excellent customer service from Mr. Nix. He went beyond the call of duty to get my vehicle problem fixed. Even though I was frustrated with the issue. It's hard to experience that type of concern about the customer. I applause his knowledge about my cadillac.

As always I tend to have awesome experiences at Jim Hudson from sales to service. Received service today my service guy Nick Cooper was amazingly knowledgeable of my service needs. Although I know the techs are diligent in satisfying the needs of each customer, Nick was prompt at getting me in at my scheduled appointment time. I also over heard a discussion with him & another Tech as they worked together on addressing another issue! I loved the team work!! Amazing service here at Jim Hudson Cadillac

I've been a customer of Jim Hudson for about 5 years now. For the past 6 months, I've had Nic Cooper as my Service Advisor. I must say, the customer service I received since working with him has been exceptional from start to finish. Every time from the moment I arrive, I am greeted warmly by the staff, who promptly checked me in and ensured I understood the service process. Throughout the day, I received timely updates on the progress of my vehicle, which kept me informed and reassured. Nic is knowledgeable and courteous, patiently answers all my questions and explaining the details of the repairs needed. What impressed me the most was his proactive approach to customer service. They not only addressed the issues I came in for but also conducted a thorough inspection and informed me of potential future concerns, without any pressure to upsell services. I also watched him helped other customers throughout my visit. His professionalism presented like he was the service manager. When I picked up my car, it had been washed and cleaned, which was a thoughtful touch. The entire experience left me feeling valued as a customer. I would highly recommend Nic Cooper for his professionalism, expertise, and above all, their outstanding customer service.

Customer service is not a core value at this dealership. If you decline an upsell, they will literally delay the completion time of your service by hours if not days. On two separate occasions (with one being today 9/20/23 9:45am), I went in for a routine oil change, which was prepaid, and they suggested additional services that I respectfully declined. An hour and half goes by and I receive a call from them with an additional upsell. I respectfully declined again. Several hours pass and no update from dealership so I call to get the status. Carl, the advisor for my appointment, couldn't be found to provide an update. After 7 minutes on hold, the receptionist says Carl doesn't know the status. Here is 3:51pm as I'm typing this review and still no call back. I'm ending this review right here to go pick up my vehicle...whether the oil is changed or not. Poor service is indicative of poor leadership.
