Shannon was great assisting me with the perfect selection for my new tires. Called ahead to confirm my tires were in and okay to bring my car in. Was extremely disappointed about the nearly 3 hour wait. It was inconvenient and had I known prior, I could have dropped my car off. Maybe improve a bit on communicating delays. All in all love Jim Grizzle VB!
