Don’t bother buying the maintenance for life. Just waited an hour and a half for an oil change and my car hadn’t even gone through for servicing yet. They clearly have no sense of urgency or respect for their clients time. It’s hard to get an appointment. You have to schedule as soon as you’re done with service you need to schedule the next one. Customer service is rude and uncaring. Not their problem. Never again

Hello, I purchased a Kicks (2025) on Dec. 17, 2024. Ricardo Valenzuela was the salesman who assisted me with the purchase. I would like to express how helpful and thorough and polite he was during this process. I most assuredly would do business with him again and anyone looking to purchase another vehicle, I would suggest Ricardo. The survey that Nissan sends to every purchaser was not filled out and sent back to Nissan. Somehow I managed to delete it and I was unable to recover it. Please do not hold Ricardo accountable for my lack of computer teckeyness.

Nissan Finance told me they would finance the balance of my lease buyout $28,825.18 and we did not need to go back to the original dealer, that any Nissan dealer could do the paperwork. We previously stopped at the original dealer and had their numbers and we were in the area in Tucson and stopped at Jim Click. What seems like a very simple process to just finance the balance of the vehicle turned into them adding $300 to our balance and wanting to CHARGE ME $995 TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE 🤯. For what? I'm not trading it in, I'm keeping it. I asked Ramesh (salesman who caught us in the parking lot as we parked) would you pay anyone a thousand dollars to inspect your vehicle? Of course he wouldn't as I'm sure no one would. They insisted it was for liability purpose and that's that. We got up and walked out because the dealership we bought it from gave me the same worksheet for total owed and they did not add the $300 or the $995 "inspection fee". Between the two dealerships the same buyout has Jim Click over charging us $1367.19. Proof is in the photo. We hate CROOKED SALES PEOPLE and if you do too, don't go to JIM CLICK.

Dropped off car at 7am and went to work. All communication happened over the phone while at work. Returned after work ~4:30 pm to pick up. Negatives: scheduled an 80k miles schedule 1 as well as an extended warranty fix for code P1595. Somehow was only serviced for a basic oil change and no rotation of tires. Something seemed off once I was notified that it was only an oil change while at work. They then advised and suggested that i need my brakes replaced(which i declined). I also inquired about a passenger air bag sensor which they did not have in stock but could order in. I planned to get my brakes done and the sensor installed later on the next week(if the service was satisfactory). I returned to pick up my car at 4:30, paid and scheduled an appointment to get the rest of the work done(without putting eyes on my vehicle). I then got to my vehicle and pulled off. Upon turning onto Automall TPMS sensors read my two right side tires filled to 36psi while the left two read 26psi(19 altima calls for 33 psi). I was not satisfied with the service and the overall experience. The next morning I called to cancel my future appointment. When dropping off my vehicle i was hopeful and it seemed that i would have a good experience but that was not the case. Future services and diagnostics will be done elsewhere.

I've been coming here for years and I have had great customer service to date. All service technicians are very polite and welcoming. They have a very clean waiting area and free Starbucks coffee. Just purchased my 4th new auto from them. My sales person Elijah was extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this dealership for the customer service you receive during and after your purchase!

I don’t like buying cars. In the past I have had terrible luck at Jim Click. Went looking for an affordable EV started at Jim Click Kia. Alfredo was patient with us, ended up at Jim Click Nissan found a used 2023 Ariya. We found a better price same vehicle less miles in Phoenix. Asked the sales manager to give us that price, at first they didn’t wanna do it so with the little haggling they eventually did. And that is why they don’t get a five.

I had an issue with my airbag light and brought my car to Jim Click Nissan Tucson and other issues were found. The service was great an Dante made sure that everything I needed was raken care of. I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of all the employees I interacted with. I also had to go to the cashier and Bernice took care of me and she was so friendly and nice. I would rate this experience10!

I had the most amazing experience ever while working with Tom May and Terry Parish at the Nissan dealership. I am a single Mother of two teenagers, I recently got into an at-fault accident and I needed a new car. Despite all of the difficulties that I was experiencing at the time, these guys went above and beyond to help me get into a brand new Altima (the car that I wanted!!) I will always refer my family and friends to Nissan for their outstanding, professional, customer service oriented and the superior determination to satisfy the customers needs/wants; no matter what it takes! Wife and I bought a 2025 Nissan Sentra S today and had a great experience with Vanessa! Got into dealership at 11:00, test drove, negotiated to the price we wanted, and were out by 1:30. we’re happy with the the price we got, I mean what else can you really ask for! Vanessa was not pushy or rude at all, straight up with us and we agreed to a price quickly. it was wayyyy better of a process than what I expected to experience at a dealership based on horror stories about other dealerships I read online. Next time we buy a car we will definitely be coming back here! Great experience!

This has been some of the worst customer service I have received from a formal dealership. Phone calls go unanswered, messages and voicemails are not returned, and no updates given throughout the whole ordeal. I would give this dealership a negative 5 stars if I could. My vehicle was supposed to have been diagnosed for an AC issue and two days later it hasn’t even been looked at for the issue at hand, claim with warranty has not been started, and worst of all no one thought it be a good idea to keep me informed. I didn’t want a one day turn around and understand it could take some days even weeks to get repaired and wait for parts, but when my phone calls are not answered and there is poor communication that is where I draw the line. Very unorganized dealership. If you value your time and customer service I would suggest you go else where!! Jim click Nissan does not deserve my business and I will make this known to all of my family, friends, and co- workers.

First oil change of the year I requested they check for a leak, nothing was done or any information passed on. Second oil change I asked again and made an appointment for 7AM to be taken close to 10AM what was the point of an appointment?? Then told they couldn’t help with my request I had to make another appointment for that and of course be charged $179 to do so! I do have a leak AND unfortunately I just “missed” my deadline for it to be covered!!! Are you kidding me… if they would have assisted me accurately the 1st time I could have made my expiration date. Well, I am looking for a new vehicle but I think the 3 vehicles I already have purchased through Jim Click are finally my last!

We are set up to get free oil changes for the life of our car. We were told that changing the air filter and cabin filter would be around 10 dollars. When we went to pick up the car we had nearly a hundred dollar bill we weren't expecting! Their "solution " was to our old filters back in, causing me to have to reschedule a doctor's appointment. Lying to your customers seems like a shady way to get more money! I'm considering going with a different plan.

Took my car into Jim Click Nissan's service department to diagnose and resolve a check engine light and drivability issues (car was accelerating slowly was in "limp mode"). I got a call from Carlos Ibanez stating that the car wouldn't even start, stating that it was likely the fuel pump, so they recommended the fuel pump to be replaced. Carlos also stated the fuel pump would clear the engine light and fix the drivability issues. After fuel pump was replaced, Nissan let me know my car was fixed and ready to go on 5/1. Before I stepped foot into the car, the check engine light was on. And after getting a better look into the invoice I received, the invoice stated that I requested the fuel pump to be replaced, rather than it being recommended to me. The invoice also states, in summary, that they started and test drove the car, it ran okay, ran the car at idle for a couple of hours, and still ran okay. It goes on to say, I requested the fuel pump replacement, and after a test drive, the vehicle "still" didn't stall, and it ran okay. This is making it sound like my car didn't need the fuel pump after all, and they didn't address the real issue. I called about the invoice, but they stated it needed the fuel pump because it wasn't starting, even though the tow truck driver on 4/13 started the car and was able to drive it onto the flatbed, without the use of chains. They offered to replace the transmission control module (TCM), but they weren't certain that this would fix it entirely, it was their "best educated guess". At this point, we were already sinking more money into the car than what the car was worth, and without having a car for almost a month, we decided to cut our losses and not do anything else to the car, especially if the fix wasn't certain. Also, during the process, we would try to call and communicate with Nissan, just to check the progress since the repairs were taking longer than we were told. Many times, we would have to use another phone, either my work phone, or my wife's phone, to answer my call. They even started ignoring these phone numbers days after they claimed my car would be fixed. Ended up shopping around for a new car, but because of the "customer service" received from the service department and thinking about dealing with them anytime we go in for an oil change, we decided to go down the street to another dealership for a more dependable vehicle for the same amount of money. And I strongly recommend everyone else to do the same. **UPDATE** Received documentation from my bank (since I did attempt to dispute my charge). Shane Crist, the service manager, states that "Diagnostic codes were printed and customer was advised that upon test drive vehicle did not stall out and none of the codes returned, customer was advised that the most likely cause would be the fuel pump". There is no mention that I was told that the car would not start without a new fuel pump. Buyers, beware of anything with "Jim Click" branding.

Just bought a Nissan Rogue on Wednesday 6/26. The day was long but Ralph made the day so much easier. He made the whole experience so easy and fun and light. We spent the whole day with him getting the car in tip top shape. He refused to let us leave without the car being perfect. If you want to go get a car and feel comfortable all the way through and know you are going to be taken care of, Ralph is your guy.

Worst parts department I have ever tried to do business with. Placed on hold, 5 minutes go by, I take 9 seconds to answer another call, found that they must have come on, found themselves on hold and hung up. Called back, no communication, Placed on hold for 15 minutes. Heard the idiot come on to check if I was still on the line, didn't say anything, Placed back on hold. Decided to order my parts from another dealership. I find myself doing this regularly. This part department sucks! Would do zero stars if I could
