Had another excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube location! Very nice staff who explained that they now can clean your headlights (in addition to the oil change) which is excellent because my Toyota needed it! There is a fee for this but it was well worth it!

My experience at the Jiffy Lube was excellent. The technicians were extremely courteous and professional. I was given all the information I needed, their skill was evident and they were very efficient. They kept me posted all through the process.

I love this location. Bigger than the previous one. Staff always friendly. Ok service this time. Staff seemed to have been doing final checks as a group in front of the bay's computer, took some extra time. Afterward I was told that my car had been vacuumed, it had not and the windows they cleaned were smudged, like the towel that was used ws not clean. I had to re-enter the bay to have it vacuumed.

They vacuumed my floors and cleaned my windows. Great! They are SO friendly and helpful. I have been to Jiffy Lube‘s and now I drive 30 minutes To the one on Peoria because this one is so great!

I hate Liars. I asked for an oil change and tires to be inflated since a few were low due to the cold. Lady checking out confirmed all tires 35 but they never inflated tiers. What else are they lying about? $89 for that? I’ll be going elsewhere from now on for both cars.

I loved the experience I had there a few days ago! The front desk girl, I think Samantha was her name, was so amazing and did a wonderful job explaining everything I needed to know about my truck. Will definitely be coming back here!! And recommending it to family and friends!!

My go to place to get my oil changed.Best part is,(besides they do a great job), until your next oil change they will check your fluids for free and top off as a courtesy.priceless.Also I got front brakes from the south Lewis location.Excellent service and price.

Excellent customer service, they even let you bring your own oil and filters, because I was going to do it myself and decided I needed there signature service again, but was happy I didn’t waste my money, they even do batteries and brakes now but call ahead to insure that mechanic is on duty.

I LOVE this Jiffy Lube! Not only do they change my oil, I can show up anytime I want and they’ll check and top off all of my fluids without having to even get out of my car. The mechanics and office staff are always so kind too. The office and shop are managed by two women and they do an amazing job! As a woman who usually feels judged in this setting, I really appreciate them. They’re always so willing to answer questions and explain things to me in a way that I understand. They make me feel a little bit like a VIP with the free coffee, popcorn, and drinks, and light car detailing. I bring my dog in with me and they love him, it’s just such a wonderful environment. I always wanted to feel this way about an auto shop and it’s wonderful to experience it!

Needed a place to get my car worked on and this location delivers. Free amenities like popcorn, purified water and pop. The lady at the desk is always friendly and helpful and their service is top notch. I highly recommend this place.
