I received an email with an invoice from this location that ALL of my personal information on it, with a car I've never owned listed. When I called the store to inquire about this situation, the guy on the phone was little less than an absolute prick. He hung up on me while I was speaking, stating "we don't discuss things like this over the phone". You don't discuss why I got a receipt from your business with my personal information on it, regarding a car I don't own? They then ignored my calls. I don't even live in Tucson. I'm in PHX. Don't go here, something shady going on.

Came at 545 and was turned away and was denied service. Never will come to jiffy lube. 15 mins oil changes but didn’t want to service me at all the guy who attended me wanted to get me in the guy inside came out and told him no wouldn’t consider to even try again I tried to schedule an appointment but since they don’t have a place for that I thought they would get me in mind you they didn’t have any cars 👎🏼👎🏼 ridiculous

Stop ask attendant 4 price of oil change on Jeep liberty....it calls 4 ..5quarts of full syndicate 5/20 ..he said with filter about $130...I guess he thought he ٪was going take his old 76 yr handicapped man..I'll b sure 2 tell all my friends about this ..

I always have an immense amount of anxiety when doing anything "car related". The people were really nice and super fast and made my experience pretty descent. I always come back here. I also appreciate when there's no pressure to get other services done that I'm not really looking for.

I had to go back because my car leaked oil in my garage. They had to tighten and replace a part to stop the leakage. I still will take my car and truck for oranges there.

Came to this location about 25 minutes ago about to leave now. I was greeted with a friendly attitude and professionalism as well as the feeling that they were all very knowledgeable. They checked my coolant level my filter as well as all my tires. It's crazy because I just bought a brand new from a tire shop a couple weeks ago and not once did they check my tires. Andrew was the guy who took my payment and informed me of everything that they found here while doing my oil change. I highly recommend coming to this location for fast and efficient service as well as knowledgeable employees.

Great, they always get me in and out. Cool group of guys. My fleet vehicle is always a pain. The guys are always patient.
