As a regular customer that frequents this jiffy lube often, I am extremely disappointed with this visit that i had. I went in for an oil change, and the representatives up-charged me with a tire rotation, which I was completely fine with. Once they completed the oil change they moved my vehicle to a different bay to lift the car to conduct the tire rotation. Adam M then charged me for all the services that were supposed to be conducted, before they were actually finished (only the oil change has been done thus far). They came back to me shortly the vehicle was moved stating that one of the lug nuts got stripped out when they tried to take it off, and a bunch of the lugs were slightly swollen and that they did not feel comfortable attempting to take any of them off unless there were extra lug nuts on hand as a replacement. Aileen B then came over visibly upset that I had already been charged when the service couldn't be completed and assured me that I would not be charged a second time for the tire rotation as long as I brought the receipt (which had a handwritten note stating that the work has not been completed) and new lug nuts. That brings me today when the new lug nuts came in, and I went in to complete the service. I waited in line for an oil change on my other vehicle for approximately 30 to 40 minutes while my wife brought the vehicle that needed the new lug nuts. When my wife showed up, I attempted to explain to them that I had already been charged for a tire rotation, and that they didn't want to complete it due to the swollen lug nuts and showed them the note from Aileen B. They looked at the vehicle for about one minute and then stated that they would not be able to complete the service and that I'd need to go to a tire shop and pay for a service to remove the lugnute. I am completely pissed off that I had to spend 200 dollars on 20 new lug nuts, for them to completely deny the service a second time. I will not be going to this (or any) Jiffy lube ever again. This was extremely horrible customer service. If i could rate the service today less than 1 star i would. Edit: I received a phone call from Aileen the following day, she was completely apologetic stating that she wished she had been there when I came in the second day so that this hadn't happen, and offered to fix the issue for free. When I got there she immediately came up to the vehicles and got us in for service immediately. I really appreciated her quick response to getting this issue resolved for us

Awesome crew! They did great work, had solid communication, and were just an overall delight to work with. I got an oil change, tire rotation, coolant topped off, and new FREE windshield blades thanks to a promotion. I'm ready and feelin all safe for my road trip!

Waited for emp to speak with customers about a gift they received instead of working on my oil change. Tire pressure set incorrectly (2 psi low) and was asked to check for oil leaks after they replaced a seal. If it was done correctly why ask me to check for a leak? I doubt I return due to these concerns. Could be a one off however service has been slow last two visits also.

We're traveling full time, this our 3rd and by far the best jiffy lube. The staff was so friendly and happy to share information about the area. So nice to see people enjoying themselves at work. Pay attention corporate oil change lords.

I had the hands down best experience here. I called to see if it was possible to get an oil change as soon as I got off work even though they were closing within the next 30 minutes. The person who answered the phone was very upbeat and polite and welcomed me to come. As I got there, I felt extremely bad for coming so late (like 10 minutes until they closed) but the whole crew was friendly, professional and timely. I never felt any negative energy from them or rushed at all. They topped my fluids, replaced my filter and evaluated a few other items. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but the young man that took my payment held a conversation with me while I waited. I was in and out quickly. 10/10 customer service

Shawn and the rest of the team were very nice and respectful. They told me what needed done and had suggestions for how to help improve my car's performance. There was no high pressure selling, just suggestions to think about in the future.
