The people at this jiffy lube location were amazing, came to check my stop lights and they didn't only fix the problem I came in for but took care of a rattling nice I had under the car, didn't charge me for it because it was nothing major. They were fast and very friendly..will definitely come back for any and all future car problems..thank you good people from jiffy lube on Oracle and forth low..

I was surprised that they didn't check any fluids besides the oil or ask to check my tire pressure. I had to show them where to add the oil on my dodge van after I noticed they were looking for something for about 15 minutes. When I got home my brake fluid was low and my coolant reservoir was empty. Not sure if this is a new policy to save money or they just don't care.

They don't change the oil for an oil change. Makes me wonder what else they do lazily. All they did was put another 4 quarts on top of what was in there had to get another change just 2 days after.

We’ve always taken our cars here. But after this experience it doesn’t look like it anymore. I went in Saturday for an oil change. First they couldn’t pull up my cars info, no big deal. $92 dollars for synthetic blend, no big deal. I get it done, run my errands and go out of town for work. I get back Monday morning and when my neighbor (A Certified Honda Technician) gets home he notices a patch of fresh oil in my driveway. We look underneath the car and see that they have not put the crusher washer on the oil plug. It’s dripping oil from there and my neighbor says it’s probably stripped. I had to put an old road sign underneath to stop my driveway from looking like an oil slick. I’m so pissed right now, I thought these guys were professionals. I guess I was wrong. I’m waiting for 8am tomorrow to roll around to speak to someone. I’m hoping they do the right thing but we’ll see what customer service means to them.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The service technician didn't put my oil drain plug back in properly and caused my car to lose all of its oil while I was driving it. My car is now being serviced at BMW Tucson and it's likely that my motor is completely shot

Jay, Daniel and Eddie were all a great help. They had my air filters that I have needed for years. Jay explained everything accurately and helpfully. It's a great idea to come to this location, very helpful and kind staff who will get your car running right.

I was charged more than twice what my male partner pays at that location. 115$ for the most basic oil change they have without any extra tire work, air filter or nothing. And that’s with a 15$ coupon. Seams dishonest. Disappointing.

This jiffy lube was a very efficient and quick operation. They got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner and very friendly staff.
