Went in for an oil change before a road trip . Manager was more than helpful, he took me to my vehicle and showed me what needed attention, did not pressure me to pay for extra services but offered a great deal to do the work needed. I am happy to have the care provided

This was the worst Jiffy Lube experience I’ve ever had in my life. If you are a young woman DO NOT go here. I was lied to, up-charged, and preyed upon. I’ve gotten my oil changed countless times before with male family members or friends. For my small SUV it is consistently around $75. When I went by myself to this location they charged me $95. They also told me their receipt printer was broken so they’d email me my receipt…I never got the email. Additionally I was blatantly lied to about issues with my car. At one point the entire mechanic team came into the lobby surrounded me in a semi circle and told me they found something horribly wrong with my car. My car didn’t have an “oil filter” and the last jiffy lube I went to must of forgot it, but thankfully they ‘caught it’. I’ll admit I don’t have a great knowledge of cars so I didn’t know that if that was actually the case my engine would’ve failed long ago so I didn’t say anything. I still have no idea if they charged me for that because again…no receipt. I had also asked them to check my tires because my sensor said they were low. They told me my tires were fine but my sensor was broken and needed to be fixed. I told them I’d have it checked by Discount tire and when I did it was completely fine, they just didn’t fill my tires at all. Finally and arguably one of the worst parts was how uncomfortable I felt during this whole process. While waiting in the lobby, initially there was another male customer present, nothing was out of the ordinary then but as soon as he left MULTIPLE male staff members began coming into the lobby to say hi, ask me weird personal questions, if I wanted water (the water tank was visibly empty), wave and wink at me, say they forgot something try and talk to me and then leave without said forgotten item, and straight up just stand behind the counter and stare at me. It made me incredibly uncomfortable and honestly fearful for my safety. I won’t ever be going back to this location. Stay safe ladies :|

The kid Chantz was vary helpfull. Gave me every option he could to help me with my price range and to make it a wonderfull experience for me. He was vary professional and cars vary much for customer service. Him and his partner who worked on my car did a grate job. Thank you.

I have been coming to this location for many years and I've never been disappointed. I went again this evening because I was due. I was initially greeted by Humberto who is very professional and pleasant and told me that their lead would be with me shortly. Kourtney then greeted me and we discussed what I wanted at this visit. She was very professional, pleasant, and personable. Daniel the third team member who was downstairs was very efficient and fast. This whole team led by Kourtney was one of the best experiences I've ever had at this location. I appreciate all of their hard work and efficiency.

Went for an oil change today and I get such bad anxiety regarding car things but Courtney was amazing. I felt comfortable the second I pulled in. She explained everything to me so I could understand. Really awesome experience. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back.

***10 out of 10 recommend I went for my oil change. Erin is the BEST. She took care of everything I needed and was SO informative, kind and professional. Jay, Javi and Daniel helped service my vehicle as well and it was amazing to watch the great teamwork they have. Thank you!☺🤙🙌
