Here you go... Google will not let you add a new separate review so I'm adding to mine from 1 year ago. Glad to still see Rich there and his team member Stacy?... I stopped in to have the tires checked (light was on), and have fluids checked before a road trip to Sedona. Always service with a smile.... Didn't need an oil change yet... The team takes their work seriously and offers professional car care and smiling service. Silly Google doesnt let you write a new review...so i'm adding to the one from a year ago! Im a senior And always leave with peace of mind that my car has been properly cared for... Thank you folks.... Happy New Year. Went in May 6 2024 to have my tires chked; one looked low. Rich couldnt have been more welcoming, professional, courteous and efficient! He chkd my tires, didnt need more than a top off, and I was on my way in 10 min. and while I was there another tech (guy) cleaned my windshield! I get free oil chance w my Kia at dealer but even a senior on a fixed budget I prefer to support a business staffed by young locals doing their best! You may be a franchised business but I feel like its my neighborhood business. See you soon for an oil change! Thanks for making me smile! .....one year ago Thank you Roman, and your team. Super service, always. This time a special shout out to Roman for his exemplary customer care with a positive attitude and effort and do what it takes to please the customer. Vick, Rich and Drew changed my oil, gave me a diagnostic, cleaned my windshields, pumped my tired up and sent me on my way! It was quick, convenient and they were all so friendly. Great customer service! Thank you guys! :)

Took my car to this Jiffy Lube in November. After the oil change I would often smell a burning oil smell. I just figured it was some spilled oil on the manifold and would eventually burn of. Here it is almost January and it still smells. Some days worse than others, but it started the day of the oil change. Car does not run any different, levels seem good, but I just don't know what it is. This is pretty much a documented note. Everything else was good.

The team at this location operated like a well-oiled machine. I got an oil change and a tire rotation. Despite having a high volume of customers at the time of my visit, this team got me back on the road in friendly, professional, pit-crew fashion.

They were nice but just don’t come during your lunch break. It took over an hour to change my oil with only two cars in line, and they told me fifteen minutes.

Victor, Richard and Paul were courteous and super helpful!! They did a great job and brought attention to what my car needed. Not pushy at all and all my questions were answered. This was my first time at this location and will happily come back 😊

10 17 Update: My tire light came on and I stopped in and Justin was very welcoming and professional and check my tire pressure and was knowledgeable about what was going on thank you so much..... Great to be able to rely on professional service people... Add a local establishment. Thank you... Keep up the good work! Vic and Cecilia, and other team member are experts, knowledgable with customer care coming first. I could have my Kia oil change for free at dealer but prefer to support those who live and work in our communitu within small businesses albeit franchise..thank you for taking care of my car and keeping me safe on the road. 2015 Kia Soul

I always go to this location of Jiffy Lube and am always treated great! They make recommendations but without pressuring and are fast and professional. Anyway, this time I FINALLY got my front headlights covers cleaned (I have a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe with 148,000 miles-the headlight covers were in bad shape). I can't believe that IT REALLY WORKED! I can't believe how different it is. I don't need to use my high beams in town anymore to see. I feel safer driving, too. Thanks to the team here for their work! I came in and had a super short wait time, Vic was very nice and professional, and kept me posted with everything that needed to be done. I didn’t feel pressured by an upsell, but I do feel like they did a very thorough job. I will definitely be coming back!

Went in to get oil change two other places would not put that Regular oil in . jiffy did I know it needs that crazy oil but I needed A change ASAP. 2016 chevy
