In case they remember such things, this is Mary Miller. I went to Jiffy for a totally unexpected oil change. After completing , Iwas first dismayed that the oil light was still on, then even more dismayed to find out that it was manually adjusted in a modern car. Add that to my dismay that there is now such a thing as (very expensive) synthetic oil, not just good old 10W40, and Jesse had a lot to explain. I'm old. But Jesse was very patient and didn't make me feel stupid.

Very nice place. Quick and easy. Came in for an oil change, but Melanie caught a bubble in my tire, which could be dangerous. Jessie was also very nice, walked me through what to do for the bubble, and why it's bad. Kevin was very quick at changing the oil. Viridiana was super nice and did the intake and payment for me while I waited to make it faster. They're all super kind and relaxed, but professional! :D

This is the place to bring your vehicle! In and out in minutes but they still perform their inspections and let you know about anything that might be an issue later. Zero pressure sales - great team!

Took a vehicle for oil change , crew was sketchy and work was not done like previous times on other vehicles. There was no verbal communication very hush. After checking work and taking it to Auto shop it was determined multiple fluids were contaimented and oil pan was plastered with some yellow substance. Check engine light has been on and vehicle is not running how it was previously. STAY AWAY!!!! SHADY WORK. TRASH EMPLOYEES who worked 9/30 . Very costly repairs.
