Javon, Tray and William did an amazing job with my oil change. Javon helped me get the best price and service for my first time at the location. William was extremely courteous and respectful treating me with more care than any other auto shop I have ever arrived at. As for Tray, the speed at which he did my oil change not only reflected Jiffy Lube’s timing for getting you a quick oil change within 10 to 15 minutes, but shows just how long I’ve had to wait even longer at Jiffy Lube competitors. Those three are awesome and truly valuable to the team. I’ll see you again soon guys! Keep killing it!

Had a very wonderful experience with Destiny from jiffy lube. Haven't been in years (usually the dealer) But chose different and glad I did. Will always go there now. She liked her job and it showed!

Huge thanks to the crew who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Javon, Travion, and William were awesome! Extremely professional, and able to laugh off some of the difficulties with my truck being serviced. All the guys stayed an extra hour late to make sure everything was 100% good. Thank you guys!

I'm grateful Mr.Von made sure I understood the difference in what i was buying and what needed to handle that day and what could wait to be done safely at a later date. Also I told him I take care of my grandparents and my income wasn't the best..this man took the time to find any coupon or discounts he could give me to help me pay for my repairs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! These people are lying to you! They respond to reviews and leave a phone number that you can’t reach. I still haven’t gotten my money back. Guys, anyone thinking about getting their oil changed here, please don’t do it! I’ve been getting my oil changed at this place for around seven years, but I’ve never experienced anything like what happened to me recently. I got my oil changed and headed to work, and suddenly, my car lit up with every warning possible. I turned back, and my “check engine” light was on. The girl working there looked confused and even tried to show me pictures of the underside of my car. But it turned out they hadn’t put in enough oil! When they opened the oil reservoir, smoke came out—they nearly destroyed my car, and my engine almost burned out! What kind of unqualified people are working there? I told them they needed to refund me, and they said they would. It’s been a month, and while I’ve already had to repair my car, which cost me $500 including the oil change, they still haven’t refunded me for the service they ruined. Do you think they refunded me? I paid in cash, by the way. No, it’s been a month, and they keep making excuses, saying the process takes 7 to 10 days. I still haven’t gotten my money back.

Super easy to wait and work from your car! The customer service team is amazing. The crew members only offer products and services that you need. The entire team of employees carry themselves professionally and smile with the customers. The shop is a busy bee hive, but everyone is attentive, friendly, and working safely. I especially appreciate the kindness and hospitality from Destiny! Destiny is knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to all her customer’s needs. I am a new customer but will definitely be returning for my future car services.

The staff notified me immediately it would be a two hour wait and were very nice. Busier than usual probably due to the hurricane coming. Was disappointed because I am not sure which service they provided other than the oil change. Received a receipt after I requested one. The receipt showed all services were done and as I drove away I noticed I didn’t have much solution for my windshield wipers container. And my tire light was on so I went back and a guy came out and said my left front tire looked a little low and put some air in it. He said the others looked fine and did not check them all. Will stop on the way out of town for my tires to be checked and to ensure my fluids were topped off. I waited two hours for an oil change and didn’t mind but to not receive full service was disappointing. My windows were also not cleaned as advertised.

Would give it a 1 if I hadn't been there several times with good experiences. Went to get an oil change last week and they ran a diagnostic test and told me what was and wasn't okay. My battery was in "good condition". Cut to evacuating for hurricane Milton and my car won't start. Brought it to a mechanic and they said my battery was no good.

Wow, they have 4-5 workers on two lanes, so two people each lane at a minimum, and they still don’t work! They just hang out and talk about their side pieces and partying. It takes minimum two hours to get a simple oil change done here.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS BEFORE COMING... gave them a pass after 1st visit (overfilled oil) and now I have a change oil light 2 weeks after my 2nd visit. Oh.. and a puddle of oil in my garage. This is not a gopd pattern. Spend a few dollars extra and go to a real shop.

I do not write reviews, but I had such a bad experience here I feel the need to share. Most importantly, they overfilled my oil. It was all around my turbo oil feed lines and I had to get an actual mechanic to clean it up. Second, they were INSISTENT about getting >$500 in brake services saying it was “dangerous for me to be on the road”. My brakes felt fine, and my mechanic tells me (3 months later mind you) after a full brake inspection that I don’t need my brake pads changed until my next oil service. Finally, it cost less and was quicker getting my oil done by someone who actually knows what they are doing. Skip this place.

My experience was really disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and acted like they were doing me a favor, rather than providing a service. They barely communicated, and while they were working on my car, they didn’t inform me of anything they were doing or if there were any issues. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow, which is frustrating considering they advertise as being “faster than ever.”

I came in at a later time into Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed as many cars pulled up, and it was a great experience to watch the team come together and actively keep each other's spirits up in what I presume was a stressful time. Great team at the Gandy Jiffy Lube, with a great sense of humor!

My guess is the owner of this location does not take pride in his business or employees. Took an hour to get a simple oil change and rotation on a new car. Come to find out, your employees forgot to secure the skid plate and instead of rectifying their mistake ASAP, I waited another 30minutes until they finished with another vehicle. Totally unacceptable, take your $$$ and business elsewhere.

Scammers! Charged me for windshield wiper fluid and did not fill it or ask me about the service. Told me my battery was dead when it wasn't. Made me enter in all my information on a greasy tablet that left oil on my jeans and fingertips. Customer service was nonexistent and apoling. Do not go here, they will scam you. Worst experience ever.

This place was fantastic for years. Recently it has become unbelievably bad. Told an hour wait for oil change and tire rotation. 4 hours later they finally finished. Overfilled and spilled oil all over engine and belts. Left grease stains on passenger seat and never wiped anything down . Did not know until driving smelled like the engine was overheating.
