Jiffy Lube preys on uninformed customers, especially women. They used a coupon to lure me in, then pressured unnecessary services. I'll stick with my trusted shop and never return.

Good service, but I was charged $150 for a full synthetic oil change and a 'drop' off coolant at $7. Are you kidding me?? My dealer charges $89. Much better options out there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! On 10/22/2024, I went to Jiffy Lube for a simple oil change for my 2022 Honda Civic. Shortly after leaving, I began hearing a metal-on-metal scraping noise coming from my car, so I returned to the store to address the issue. Although I felt my concerns weren’t taken seriously, the manager on duty inspected the car and claimed there was no problem. He mentioned he would file a claim with the store owner and advised me to take the vehicle to a Honda dealership for a third-party inspection. Upon inspection, the dealership discovered that the oil filter had not been tightened correctly, which had caused most of the oil to leak out. Additionally, they found that when Jiffy Lube removed the skid plate to perform the oil change, they also removed a bolt from the engine mount, allowing the engine to shift 10 millimeters. This movement caused the engine to rub against the transmission, creating the scraping noise I was hearing. The store owner of Jiffy Lube contacted me on 10/25/2024 and agreed to cover the damages caused. That same day, the insurance adjuster informed me they would handle the paperwork. However, as of 10/28/2024, the claim still has not been processed, and my vehicle has been sitting at the dealership since 10/25/2024.

Terrible service, I took my small car with a 2005 Aveo 1.6 engine and they did the oil change with a gallon and a half. Leaving my car full of oil damaging the spark plugs and wires. I went to retrieve it and the rod had gone too far. Damaging my car. They agreed to call me to fix it and it's been a week and I haven't received a call and the store manager is never there but kept waiting for Tyler or Jarvis to call. Pésimo servicio lleve mi auto pequeño motor 1.6 aveo 2005 y le hicieron el cambio de aceite con galón y medio. Pasando mi auto de aceite dañando las bujías y los cables. Fui a reclamar y la varilla de medición le habían pasado del máximo. Dañando mi auto. Quedaron en llamarme para solucionar y ah pasado una semana y no una llamada he recibido y nunca está el manager de la tienda aún continuó esperando a que Tyler o Jarvis llamen.

Great professional team at this jiffy lube. Everyone was helpful, no one tried to up charge, and the whole oil change process was very quick and easy. And I would like to get an extra shoutout to Ann, she was very welcoming and kind. She is an asset to your team!

Stopped by to get air in ONE tire, had me standing around...waiting about 37 minutes for something that took 10 seconds smh. Multiple people standing around looking at me. Makes no sense!

A technician at a competing oil change firm used the wrong socket to remove a wheel lug on my Toyota Avalon hybrid. I noticed his effort to repeatedly remove the nut without success and confirmed that the nut was damaged. I purchased a new lug nut and went to my nearest Jiffy Lube to replace the damaged nut. I explained the situation and within minutes they identified and replaced the lug nut without cost. I knew I should have gone there in the first place! Nice people, gracious attitude and helpful. Awesome customer service! If you need air in your tires, don’t waste your time or money, head over to your local jiffy lube and they will fill check and fill air in your tires for free.

I had a great experience! My skid plate was dragging against the highway after coming a bit loose and I stopped my jiffy lube to see if they’d be able to help me and they were SO kind and helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Charles, Michael and Angel are great! Extremely personable and kind and hilarious! I didn’t get an oil change but when I need one I am DEFINITELY coming back. These men are angels!

Worst experience ever. Battery has died after 2 weeks. I never received a formal warranty. And all the jiffy lubes where I just moved are closed. Never going to a jiffy lube again. Not that they care.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Dale Mabry in South Tampa this morning. I thought they would just change my oil and filter. Well, they checked my car so thoroughly that it’s hard to explain. Imagine on a Sunday, four very lovely guys were ready to serve me, with great smile and exquisite courtesy. Cooley was directing the operation, Shawn had my car hooked up to the computer, and the rest of the guys were involved with checking all fluids and tires and so on. They honored a coupon which was on their website, plus they gave me a discount for first time visiting. I was happy that I didn’t have to get an appointment and the entire work was done in less than 15 mins. I’m very grateful for the service that I received. I’ll definitely be a lifetime customer.
