Store 466 was amazing i got servised today by A brother name Paul he was smiling the whole time he ensured that maitnance on my car was done properly !!!!! He did my oil change feels like in under 10 min And he even changed my windshield wiper blades for me 10 outta ten highly recommend.

I was in a hurry and without showing any signs of added stress that I gave them, they delivered the vehicle back to me within 10 minutes with all services completed efficiently. Come get your oil changed here

I have used Jiffy Lube for years but not any more. I visited the store at 9998 Manchester Rd on 10/20/2024. It was not a positive experience. One heavier set employee was inattentive directing me into the service bay or was intentionally trying to make it difficult with weird finger waves. When it was clear I needed to back up and try again the inattentive notice heavier set employees started yelling at me. I told him I had changed my mind and was leaving. He aggressively ran at my car and started yelling and demanding I stop. I told him I was not getting an oil change from him because of his attitude. He continued to yell and told me to never come back - which I am happy to comply. I left out the 4 letter words he directed at me and his total lack of professionalism. I recommend finding a different oil change provider or at the very least a different Jiffy Lube location.

It's a long one but worth reading if you're considering using JiffyLube. Please check the attached photo for the full story. It all started about 2 months ago when I went to the JiffyLube at 9998 Manchester Rd. for an oil change. The service was honestly great. All gentlemen and super polite. One of the guys went through their different services on a computer so I knew the prices on what I was picking. In the end I got an oil change and my coolant topped off. It went really fast since I was the only one there. Then about 2 days went by and I noticed my check engine light was on. Pop the hood to see if there was anything noticeable and saw that the coolant hadn't been filled. But that's just a $5 charge and it wasn't empty so I went to AutoZone and had them check for what code the check engine light was since I couldn't see any other issues. It ended up being a P0011, from there I went to Joe's Garage because that could mean variable valve timing or variable camshaft timing components are being affected. While they had it, they couldn't see anything that looked wrong and the check engine light went off while they were test driving it. So it was given back with the advice that oil changes can set that code off and that hopefully it was just that the oil was low or something before getting changed and that's why the engine light was briefly on. I was advised to drive it a week and see if the light came back on. ~~~~~ TLDR, Go to FireStone for your oil changes. They'll do it right. The first time.

This is what the world would be like if the folks at jiffy lube were in charge! I always love my visits - professional fast and reassuring. The complete opposite of being gaslit by my dealership. I always leave wishing the best for everyone involved!!! Like, if I had the money I’d start a scholarship program for the entire staff. They deserve everything. Thank you jiffy lube

Today I was helped by this entire team. Unfortunately I had a blow out of a tire that I had no business trying to figure out by myself. My truck barely crept into their parking lot before I was greeted by about (4) of their team members. Luckily for me they all stopped what they were doing and helped me get on my way with a little kid in the car. If anything I can say is that these gentleman went above and beyond and wanted nothing in return. Going to return the favor to them but am very thankful and will be back as a true customer soon.

Had an oil change today. Quick, didn’t try to oversell extras (I bought wiper blades which I needed), friendly. The manager Charles has been there a long time and runs a very nice shop.
