I went there a few weeks ago needing an oil change, transmission flush and new windshield wipers and the sweet men there helped me out so much. Taylor, Austin and Andrew were their names. They had me in and out since I had other things to do. They were very polite. I also saw great teamwork while I was there. Definitely will be going back for future needs.

The customer service from this Jiffy Lube is unbeatable. They always go above and beyond to thoroughly check the vehicle and explain everything to you. Would recommend them to everyone! This is the only place I would go to have the oil changed!

NEVER GO HERE!!!! I went for an oil change a while ago. On that day they broke my passenger door (thankfully it had to do with the fender and someone else was able to quickly and easily fix it for me) and didn’t attach my skid plate on properly so it FELL OFF while I was driving the 10 west home. They did come and follow me back to the shop and gave me my services for free which I appreciated. However, now it’s time for me to do another oil change on my car and we have found that they used an impact driver to screw the plug into the oil pan (lazy) and ruined the screws on my skid plate after messing up the actual plate. This shop is lazy and will cost you more money and time to fix what they broke than the convenience is worth. I wasn’t going to write this but now it’s clear they have created more issue on my car than just the damage I knew about the day they changed my oil.

Went here for a break tag and they were very swift on getting me in and out of there. Wonderful service! Highly recommend and will return for my next brake tag in 2 years! Only $20 for a 2 year. I did not have to wait in a line because I went there very early. Be mindful of your arrival time. They were very accommodating. Another place in the area gave me a hard time with getting a break tag, but Jiffy was very kind. Thank you!

I came to get a brake tag. There was no other vehicles here when I arrived. The guy came out to get my info and checked my vehicle. Another vehicle drove up needing service and he said he had to go take care of them and he'd be back to put my brake tag on. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for him to finish working on the vehicle that came in after me. And all had to do was put the brake tag on my car. Terrible customer service. If you don't want to service brake tag customers, don't do brake tags. Rant over

Way to much money for an oil change, damaged my ac filter when they removed my old filter to sell me a new one when I refused because of there inflated prices.

Had to do a rear differential fluid for my Scion FRS and didnt want to deal with the smell or the disposal of the fluid myself so I went to Jiffy Lube on Gause. Lamark and Austin were super friendly and very knowledgeable of their vehicles. Awesome service.
