I was in a couple weeks ago with my boyfriend getting my oil changed and new wipers and didn't get a chance to leave a review yet so I came on here to leave one and was saddened to see a bad review left for Ryan so I am here to say that RYAN WAS AN ABSOLUTE GEM OF A HUMAN. he went above and beyond for us and was just so kind. Every other time I've been in an auto parts store or a mechanic or an oil change place the people are usually really rough around the edges, not super friendly and sometimes plain rude and I hate going for that reason but Ryan WASN'T, he was awesome!

I would put zero if I could! I have been loyal customer for more than 3 years. This office lost at least two customers at once. Office manager Ryan was disrespectful to it worst. Screaming at me in front of my minor daughter and other elderly customer. People with anger issues are not supposed to work with customers. Screaming, slamming doors, calling names. I was regretting not calling to police.

In and out in about 25 mins, good service. Been coming here for years. Used the 20 dollar off coupon on their website on my Oil change. Wasn't a huge push on any additional services. Just a reminder I should replace wipers soon.
