They overfilled my oil, it seeped into the coils/sparkplugs. They then denied responsibility. So my oil change cost 180.00 because I had to pay out of my pocket to replace my coil and sparkplugs. They suck, no good. Just a bunch of hacks and liars. I don't recommend at all.

*Vandalism Alert*!!! I brought my car for an oil change with no check lights or whatsoever. The moment I got into my car after the oil change, the engine check light was on. I brought this to the workers attention and they refused to acknowledge it saying they have not done anything wrong. I asked them to file a complaint about it and they refused to do so. I asked them to contact their manager and they refused that too, saying that the manager will call me but I never received the call. I took the car to another mechanic 10 minutes away and the moment he opened the hood, he noticed two lines coming out of the engine that were removed from their nozzles. It was a deliberate act of vandalism performed by those workers. I would never go back there and posting the same on Google reviews so that others know what to expect. It's not safe at all to handover a vehicle to them at all.

Will see if the service and price are commensurate with the work? because during the process of doing the work, I cannot verify if they do as I ordered? But I believe that they would do the job as good as I have ordered for that, especially, for the lubrications.

Gentlemen... What happened this time? Great day to get the wife's vehicle oil change. 10yrs old 50k miles.. After the oil change the check engine light comes on...ok.... the tires are all different pressure, 33, 34, 35, 36...ok.. Went back and asked about the check engine light.."it was like that".. ok..I drove the car in...but ok..can you check it out and left me know what the code is..."my guy looked up the code and it may be a sensor..ok...how about the tires..oh ole the car needs a jump....ok...smh...drove away with the tires 37, 38, 38, 36. Ok... The battery is 5 yrs old..I'll start there.. But come on guys, you're in the neighborhood..I like you guys but you need to tighten up..

Took us w no apt on a Sunday did an oil change and what was included was a plus. Done quick and thoroughly, waiting room had a movie on and some water available but the wait was short 😄 will be returning here for future services now 👍🏼

My wife had a bad experience. She went to get her oil changed. They told her to leave the car there with the keys and she left her money inside the car. They moved the car, changed the oil and when they finished they gave her the keys and she went to the car to get her money to pay and it turns out that her money disappeared. Do not go to that business, they take your personal things.

Went in for a oil change, they supposedly vacuum carpets n wipe windows n add /top off washer fluid....as their receipt says they did...but nope didn't do neither..(floor matts still has stuff on them windows still had marks all over and window washer fluid stick was dry......asked to speak to service manager was a shorter gentleman and instead of actually doing it he just said sorry.....don't say sorry do the service people pay for...if you offer it as part of the service DO THE JOB pretty simple...sorry is so easily used instead of doing your job....if I didn't do my job I can't just say sorry n act like nothing happened.....consequences...please do not spend more $ and come here for this kind of work/service...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

We needed to replace our front headlight lamp on driver’s side and the rear turn light and the team at the Jiffy Lube on North Capitol were friendly and quick replacing the bulbs and they also did a system check to make sure there were no other problems. I highly recommend this location if you’re in the San Jose area.
