Very Unprofessional. My car went in for a quote and they started draining the oil without any verbal confirmation or signed agreement. When confronted with why and to stop they claimed they would put the oil back in. When I called to ask if this was a normal policy at a different location, they said no and to stop and check the oil. They also said the car can get very damaged if its running dry I then called the place again letting them know what I found out and they claimed that it was because they were busy and there was some miscommunication between the mechanic and the person giving the quote. Then I let them know there was no oil after checking and they claimed and giggled that there was no way I could know that because the oil stick was broken and wouldn't come out. I have pictures of the stick out and no oil inside of the engine they then switched it up saying that it was actually their policy to do the change without the confirmation I then got passed down to 2 different people who sounded the same and then to a person named Jesus a supervisor who also claimed it was policy at first and when I was about to hang up I asked again if it was actually their policy to do that he hung up the phone fast and then minutes later called saying not to call again today but tomorrow and talk to a different person. hopefully this gets resolved without trouble. Photos will be giving or sent to a necessary person for proof I will also be getting it checked at a different shop today for any damages and more proof. if anyone can get back to me regarding this, please do so.

My experience at Jiffy Lube was good. But a problem occurred. After I left. As one of the things they do is check your tire pressure. Which caused one of my valve course to leak. I called and was able to talk to their district manager Named Dave. To see if they can resolve this problem. I felt that it was a confrontation and he flat said no.

Stop to ask to get some air on my car and they replied by saying that they don't do nothing but their own tires horrible customer service mechanic was sitting on the chair and playing on his phone as I arrived as well definitely don't recommend

I came here twice to only get copy of invoices required by my insurance and they make me way alot and they were so unprofessional I had to leave the place without copies Waited an hr for nothing

Other locations charge me 55$ average for an oil change. This place tried to charge me $120 if i bring my own oil and filter for a 2018 chevy malibu. The manager said the prices went up… i called another jiffy lube and its 56$ Also before i was given the price. I handed my car keys to the technician. I took off my home keys, he told me, “ dont worry about it im not going to take your keys i only need your car keys anyways.”

They did not vacuum, was broken, did not clean windows, did not top off or fill wiper fluid, did not reset maintenance Light had to go back and tell them. I am not sure to trust if they even changed the oil now at this point. The service advisor told me this was all done. No one was watching the service performed on my vehicle! Very disappointed.
