I was there for an oil change an tire rotation on 12/14/24. Unfortunately when I left I realized the wheel lock was not returned to my car. I went back and asked for it, the guys gave me all kinds of BS and searched my car for it as if they were the police, only to find nothing. I cannot understand how that piece of metal can disappear in thin air. They were unable to find it, and I am left without that wheel lock. They promised a manager would call me back, but that never happened. The name of the guy who did the rotation was Justin. BEWARE, these employees seem to be distracted on their jobs. Now I'm starting to doubt the quality of the oil change as well.

Sat in the lobby and watched my oil change.Air filter was never checked. Technician said no he hadn't checked it. Paid my bill in full received Print out saying my air filter was fine. Pop the hood and check the air filter myself.See picture with highlighted.Note saying, air filter.O k while I hold the dirty air filter

I got my oil changed and some filters, he checked my engine filter but didn't put the parts back on. I went to get a smog and the smog man told me the air cleaner hasn't been put back 😒

the worst place, I came to inspect a car for uber/lyft, as a result they made a mistake in the car data, I interfered, they changed it, I sent it again and they told me that the form is not suitable. When I interfered again to correct their mistake, they told me to pay again, to pay for their mistakes!

The staff the bullshit I went there to change the oil they said they don’t have oil filters they recommend to purchase from outside next day when I bought that filter they said you have to purchase from Hyundai dealer they wasted my 2 days

People who attended me, without education, my friend went with me para.me.orientar and had to change the cleaner, they did not have, my friend was going with me to trade and come back but they asked to remove the car, which could not leave even for 1 minute. A rude absurdity, without scrupulous.

I want a refund. It was only a partial "signature service". I am concerned they may have not filled it with the 5+1 quarts of oil and replaced the filter with a new one based on their lack of credibility. I wanted everything listed on the board in the office there at Geary & 25th, paid for it but did not get it.

My first time at JiffyLube: I has three wonderful staffs that serviced my vehicle, they were super friendly and also professional. They worked the night shift, I was there near closing and was grateful that jiffy lube closes later, so I was able to make it after work. They got me in and out within 20 mins. I thank them for their wonderful experience!

Unfortunately, today is a time for my first negative feedback. We've all gotten used to the idea that you're bound to get fooled at places like this one. So I'm not really upset about it anymore. However, today, these guys outdid themselves by charging 34 bucks for a tire inflation. My bad, I shouldn't have been lazy and done it myself for free at any gas station. In addition, there were some other unpleasant nuances: the cupon from their website didn't work; the wrong service sticker from someone's car was stuck on the windshield, etc. I've been a loyal customer of this place for the past 18 years, but I've never been as disappointed as today. Probably it's time to change the service center for my car.
