Great customer service. Wonderful staff, finished in less than 20 min! Tire rotation, and oil change. Got the fluids topped off as well. No pressure to add anything, they inform and explain everything with detail. Not sales people, really just trying to help and make sure you’re driving safely. Thank you Jiffy Lub! Way better than the dealerships!

I have always used Jiffy Lube for my oil changes. This review is only for the Rosecrans location. The first time I came here was great. I got the great service I normally get at JL locations. The second time was ok, no extra services were done (window cleaned, lights checked, etc.). It was no big deal. Then the last time I came (no one in line), I didn’t feel like they even wanted me to be there. No extra services like I get at every other location. The service was so fast I was surprised. But I drove off thinking it’s because I was the only one there. When my husband got home, he pointed out the huge leak in the driveway. I had no clue what it was. Jiffy Lube was the only place I went. So I pulled up my receipt to see what they did exactly and there was a note that said I had excessive leaks (transmission, engine and valve). Why didn’t anyone mention this to me? It sounds important. And all the services they said they checked, they did not. Unfortunately this lack of care has ended my relationship with Jiffy Lube.

In all of San Diego Jiffy Lube - Rosecrans is the best!! I’ve tried others, trust me. Good professional customer service. Everything from oil changes to a radiator flush..etc. it’s why I keep coming back.

The is the most friendly and professional Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to. They are efficient and polite, and they get to the point and have the work done in such a great timely manner. Billy, Adrian and Mario are all amazing and professional.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting an oil change! Not only was it super quick, but all of the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable! Adrian helped me out and he was fantastic! They also filled air in my tires and I didn’t even realize they were low. As a woman you want a place to take care of you and not take advantage of you. Look no further than Rosecrans Jiffy Lube!

This place is AMAZING!! As a woman, I have no clue about cars. These guys are super honest! Yes, honest men! They told me my brake light was out and if I bought a bulb, they would change it for me, free of charge. I went today and Nathan change the bulb. What a sweet boy! All smiles. His manager was there too and was very helpful. Thanks guys! Will come again with brownies!!!!

Anthony and Billy did an excellent job. The communication with me and each other was super precise and professional. The whole process was smooth and easy. Appreciated that they showed me the air filter (needed replacing) and kept in constant contact through their process. Highly recommend.

I was helped today by Billy and Anthony they did an oil change on my car. They were very nice, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond on my car they checked things on my car that I didn't even ask for, but I appreciate it so much. They were both very amazing and definitely recommend them.

I went in for a oil change and used a coupon to get some additional things checked. Samuel B. was very professional and made sure that the work that was done on my car was accurate and complete. He was very nice. Not trying to upsell things that I didn't need. It was done in a timely manner and I drove away very happy. I definitely will be back again.

I came in late on Saturday with an AC problem and the staff jumped right on it to start diagnosing it. Within 30 min they had an assessment, and even though they couldn’t fix the complex repair at this shop. Mario the supervisor referred me over to a nearby shop that took my vehicle in despite them being close to closing time. All of the staff were very courteous and responsive! Great job! I would recommend.

Came here to get an oil change, Samuel not only changed our oil but also checked to see what was making the concerning squeaking noise in our car. He was able to inform us about what it was and also let us know what needed to be changed other than our oil. Samuel was super quick and helpful. Never had any issues coming here to this jiffylube!

Want friendly service? Roger took me in 15 minutes to 6 (closing) to check fluids. He patiently explained how to check fluids safely, when to change the air filter, and how often to do a flush. I liked that he was respectful and thorough. Update: I changed my oil in April. They gave me a deal so I changed it again, and also changed my wiper blades.
