They originally performed my oil change, and when my oil was mysteriously gone just days later, they didn’t hesitate to take care of me. Not only did they redo the entire service, but they also went the extra mile to help seal my oil pan and prevent further leakage. These guys stripped the thread on my toyota's drain plug and tried to hide it by putting in a bigger GM bolt resulting in my car leaking oil. I took the car back to jiffylube a few times and all they did was try and tighten the incorrect bolt and fill my car with an unsafe amount of oil. They finally told me I needed to replace my oil gasket and pan for $800. I took it into a professional and they discovered that Jiffy Lube was at fault for damaging my drain plug thread. Beware of this scandalous business!

Went in for a Uber/Lyft car inspection, they told me the price for uber, if you need both it's double the price. Only pay for one, both Uber and Lyft will except the inspection from.

I needed to pass a car inspection for Uber and Lift taxi. On this service I was told that there would be two different forms, each of which would cost $ 25. Two forms are $ 50. In Uber support they explained to me that it was enough to fill out one form for Uber and Lift, the inspection is absolutely the same. Be careful, you will be deceived on this service.

The service here is excellent! The staff are friendly and cheerful, making the experience even better. I had an oil change for my car, and it was done incredibly quickly—only 15-20 minutes. The best part is the price, which is very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!☺️

This is the best and only place I go for my oil changes. They just don't help with the change its so much more! I've had multiple issues with my car from blown hoses to radiator leeks and they always get me back on the road! Shout out to Danny,Esteban, Steve and the whole team! Thank you guys so Much!!🙏

I came here a couple months ago for my Uber/Lyft inspection and thought everything was good until Lyft found an error in my initial inspection. I came back today, hoping to get some help and have it corrected to get me back on the road and the new General Manager, Danny was extremely helpful and took care of me right away. It’s great to be able to find a mechanic with great customer service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back for my inspections and oil changes.

My family and I have been coming to this location for years. Every time has been a pleasant experience. Today was no different. I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve about getting an oil change and he gave great customer service. He went through what my car may need due to its mileage and I didn’t feel pressured into getting those services done right then and there. He was even nice enough to provide a print out of said services for future reference. He and his team then proceeded with my oil change quickly and efficiently. Brandon provided car courtesies (Tire pressure, windshield cleaning, etc) and was very nice and respectful in the process. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube location to any one needing a quick oil change with a team that offers great customer service!

Great service the 3 guys that were there when I went to get my oil change were very helpful great customer service skills as well as very knowledgeable if you’re close to the downtown area give them a try you won’t be disappointed they are located on the corner or 10th and B

I came here for an oil change and they didn't screw on my engine splash shield correctly. I was driving on the highway and heard the splash shield scraping against the road. I had to call a tow truck and it cost me $300. DO NOT GO HERE and if you do, make sure they screw everything on correctly before you leave.

Danny was very helpful and informative about the air filter in the cabin. So I got an oil change and it replaced. Price was a little higher than expected but I understand it’s downtown. Wish they would have offered a 10%-20% off service but hey, that’s just me. Anyway. They were professional and knowledgeable of the service they were providing or offering.
