The mechanics at Jiffy Lube in PB went above and beyond to help me. J took care of an accidentally cross threaded bolt that occurred the previous time I was there without hesitation. He addressed the situation with professionalism and truly cares about his quality of care. And then, as if that wasn’t enough, Javi’s advice on how to get my car (old RAV4) to pass smog after checking the codes and analyzing the results literally saved this car from going to the junkyard. Grateful for their professionalism and expertise, and even though I live a good distance from the location, I’ll be back to them for my next service.

Extremely helpful and kind! I came in because triple A took both my windshield wiper arms off and I needed them reattached. I had no clue if it was something they could even help with, but they were so welcoming and said it was no problem. So grateful for their help because it took a lot of time and skill to get them back on and positioned correctly. Now my windshield wipers are working better than ever! I asked how much the service was and they said no charge even though it took a good amount of their time and effort! This was so kind of them to help me out. They were friendly the entire process and were very skilled too! Great experience and now will be going back to get my brakes changed!

These guys knocked it out of the park. I’m an uber driver so I end up frequenting a lot of service stations due to the oil changes as well as the yearly vehicle inspections. They were all so kind and even hooked up an extra discount!! (You can download coupons online). I will definitely be a repeat customer at this location, as I was not so impressed with the Rosecrans location, since someone forgot to fill out a line on my last vehicle inspection (and uber didn’t accept it when I tried to upload it, so I had to double back). I will likely just come to this Garnet location going forward after the exceptional service today. Thank you so much.

Very thorough service. Friendly, knowledgeable employees who really care. Super clean shop. I’m a Rideshare driver and I’ve been to 6+ jiffy Lubes in San Diego and this one far outshines the others!
