Why is it that the last 2 times I got my oil changed at this location that I notice oil leaking from my cat on my driveway? my car is new (2024) theres no reason for this.. what will be done to fix this?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested what I need to replace soon, but they were not pushy into selling me a service I was not ready to purchase. Will definitely go back.

Do not go to any jiffy lube anywhere especially this one.My Girlfriend took her car in for an inspection.Her license plate Bulb was out.They verbally told her they would only charge her 10 dollars to fix her light.She came back with a bill for 25 dollars.The inspection was 7 dollars ofc like it is anywhere else.The cost to change her bulb was 10 dollars so you would wonder how 10+7 plus tax comes out to 25 dollars.Upon inspection of the receipt they charged her 35.98 for two little lights build that only cost 7 dollars.then they added an inspection fee 7 dollars obviously which came out to 42.98.They then gave her a “discount” of 20 dollars off. Which brings us to our total of 25.95. Shame on you jiffy lube this is discussing behavior.Taking advantage of someone just because they’re a female that isn’t that knowledgeable about cars.SHAME ON YOU

Literally one of their only jobs is to safely change the oil. Found a pool of oil under my truck after visiting and the drain plug loose to the touch. I immediately drove it back. They told me it was tight, which is an absolute lie. There was also a rag left hanging off my differential. Either my motor would have run dry or I would have had a fire due to an oily rag. For $156.00, I expected more.

While it’s still a requirement, it’s a great place to get an inspection done! Had a problem with my horn, I knew why, but didn’t have the tools to fix it, they were happy to help. I was on my way in no time!!!
