The guys here are always fast, but thorough. I appreciate that they answer my questions, especially when it’s a big fix on my older car. I get second quotes and opinions but this place offers the best service and price.

Horrible location. I went here to get my vehicle inspected last month. The guy doing those here hates life. He was rude and hostile, and it took twice as long as anywhere I've gone in Texas for the past 25 years. He didn't even bother checking wipers or lights. But they gave me a $40 gift card, so I returned to give them a shot at an oil change today. I pulled in before 8:45, two working bays were occupied and one car waiting, so I pulled into the open waiting spot, next in Bay 2. I heard the bell ring as another car pulled in right behind me, 2nd in line at Bay 1. Asked the employee what the wait was like, if it was over 30 minutes. He responded no. Got out and went inside. After 25 minutes, both bays got refreshed with new vehicles, but not mine. I questioned the employee and he said "it's first come, first serve, and they were here before you, so I moved your car" (over to Bay 1). I waited 50 minutes and left. Miss me with the lies, miss me with the bad service. If you hate your job, quit. Just do business, CORRECTLY. Please. I'm headed back to Take 5. At least there, it's quick, efficient, and employees can't mess up the line.

My first visit here. Took my car for annual inspection. I was help with in 5 minutes and the inspection took about 5 minutes. It was fast and easy.

Went in to get my vehicle inspection and went ahead and got an oil change and other services done while I was there. Mechanics were super polite and informative, they were able to complete all services on the spot efficiently, 10/10 recommend!

I went in to Jiffy Lube on San Perdro and even though they were busy, I was in and out within less than 30 min. Which was thoroughly impressive to me.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I asked for a basic oil change. The only options they gave me were platinum and gold. They did not say any prices what so ever. I reiterated I wanted the basic, cheap oil. They tried to get me to go platinum and I said that doesn’t sound basic so gold I guess. It ended up being $100 dollars when a basic oil change should be about $50. MASSIVELY taking advantage of people. And around the holidays when people don’t have that money to lose. When I brought it up, they dismissed me and lied to me and said they told me the prices when they did not. Do not go here. I did not have an extra 50 bucks to spend when I needed that for gas for leaving town for Thanksgiving. Absolute jerks.

Guy said his emission tester was at lunch, take a half hr or so showed me where to park. Waited in my car and no one ever "returned from lunch", I was in clear view of the shop. No one waived me forward, and another car came in to drive right on up and get serviced... I drove off...

They failed me for windshield wipers, after I showed the staff they were within the 6 months life span they decided to wave their hand in my face and fail me for tire instead overall, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

They had free cold mini water bottles in the lobby while we waited less than 15 for our state inspection. Both employees were respectful and quick.

They need to fire the inspection guy. I usually go for inspection, everytime guys just get worse. Looks like he doesn't want to do his job. I show up and looks at my rotors and says something wrong with them he cant pass them. I told they i had recently had them cut and he decided i was lying. I really don't understand what was the point of lying. He had an attitude so i just took my business somewhere else. I had it passed without an issue somewhere else. This dude just puts this business down. He lacks motivation and energy. He has an attitude and fails people for invalid reasons. I will not be returning to that place, not even for oil changes.

Went in for a state inspection. Took hardly any time at all. Polite, professional, on the ball. Place is clean and neat.
