It has been two months since I visited this location waiting for a call back regarding a promise that was made to me to make a mistake on Jiffy Lube's part correct. I visited for a simple tire patch and the service provided was great until I got home and noticed my hubcap was missing. I returned to the store and inquired about the missing hubcap, thinking they may have forgot to put it on. I was told that they put it on but it must not have been put on properly and fell off between the time I left the store and got home. The individual I spoke to apologized and told me he would order me a new hubcap and took my information. Two weeks later, after still not hearing anything back I returned and spoke to the same individual (didn't get his name unfortunately). He replied "Oh yea, that's right we are going to order it" and I took his word for it. Now we are months past and I still have not received a call. Needless to say I am disappointed that after receiving the company's word that they would make an error on their part right, they instead decided to ghost a long time customer. I recently went to Take 5 to get my oil changed and had a great experience.

Quick friendly service. My headlights are like new after restoration service. It has lifetime warranty as well. Good to feel safer driving using headlights now.

Javier is always a pleasure to work with. He's always friendly and honest. The potranco location next to the hanger/ Burger Boy is the best. 12 years of great care for all 5 of my vehicles. See you guys soon for another Oil Change.

I brought my car here for an oil change service as this is the only place I go to for my auto care . One month after I had an oil change work done here , the engine symbol warning light indicates that I have to add 1 more quart of an oil at a minimum level . I brought my car back to the store again and they did top off more oil. But the same warning light keep turning on every 3months after that and I wasn’t aware of the major damages that they did to my car while they were performing an oil change last time . On Jan 8th , 2025 I brought my car here again for an oil change and they told me they couldn’t do it because they can’t open the drain plug. The oil drain plug continually spinning (won’t come off ) . They told me to take my BMW to its dealership to take a look at my car . As a woman I have no ideas of what was going on with my car but I’m 100% for sure that Jiffy Lube had damaged my car because no one else has touch my car in 2 year beside them. So I brought my car to BMW dealer to inspect the car and they found out that the drain plug is stripped (won’t come off to be able to drain out the old oil). So I had replace the oil pan . I reached out to Jiffy Lube’s general manager there named “Andrew Hoover “ to discuss the issue . After he reviewed the records and documents, He agreed with me that it was at their fault . He convinced me to let him have his expert technician to replace the oil pan for me or he will transfer money to me for reimbursement.He promised that he will give me a call tomorrow morning to recommend resolution but he did not call me back as promised. So I reached out to him again and I’ve been told that he was not there . He was at a different location. Finally, he called me back today’s morning and saying that there is nothing he can do to help me paying the repair because they only warranty the oil change service 90 days . Even though I brought my car back in a 30 days but they didn’t care enough to take a look at the engine instead of keep topping off oil . They damaged my car’s engine part because of their sloppy work and they refused to be held responsible for their negligence. It’s unfair for me that I give them my business, I pay them to take care maintenance my car , but they damaged it and still showing No remorse . I work so hard to make a living and now I have to go through this bad experience service. Please advise me how to take legal action to get my justice. Thank you.

The technicians are courteous and processional, they privately go over what my car needed and how much everything costs. The waiting room is comfortable and had an outlet so I could charge my cell phone. Free coffee Kerigue style coffee and complimentary bottled water and WIFI. Comfortable chairs .👍👍👍👍

Battery died and had it replaced at this jiffy lube. Two days later, the battery died again and I had to get it towed to a closer auto maintenance facility. Asked jiffy lube to refund the battery and they wouldn't. General manager stated I chose to tow it to another facility, therefore I was out $300+. Even though I stated that I'll take responsibility of the dead battery if the alternator was bad, he didn't allow any option for a refund. I'm done with this jiffy lube.

I went to JiffyLube to inspect two of my vehicles. The staff were all very courteous, polite and eager to help you. They appeared to be very happy in performing their work and duties. I really like this present team and will return for oil changes when they are due.

The technicians were fast and friendly. The waiting room was clean. Prices are going up everywhere. Here is no exception. They didn't clean my windows or vacuum like they have in the past. I'll probably examine what they do a little closer next time.

Jiffy Lube technician gave me an estimate for new sparkplugs, which he stated was good for 30 days. I took my car 1 week later to get new sparkplugs, and the price increased by over $100. The manager said that the technician had given me the wrong price. They weren't apologetic for the error. I could've gone somewhere else, but my car needed to be serviced, and I had limited time to waste. I was disappointed in the overall customer service.
