Had my oil change done last requirement. Went to change my own oil and when I went to change my filter, oil was leaking from the filter and it was able to be loosened by hand.

I went to get my oil changed at Jiffy Lubr on 78 in Converse, TX and imagine my surprise when they told me that an oil change was going to cost me over $135...... I can get the exact same oil change on Foster Road for $39. Jiffy Lube just lost a customer they have had for years. The Juffy Lube team has always been very professional, and this does not reflect negatively on them. But I live on a fixed income and will never go back there knowing that they are price gouging.

Asked for Signature Oil Change at Jiffy Lube on FM 78. Went to grab some lunch will they serviced my car. Got back and let them know I wanted to pay for service. Had a long wait before they cashed me out. It seemed like 30 minutes but was actually 20 minutes. Saw them cleaning outside windows on other vehicles but my car windows did not get cleaned even though they checked that off on the list. Normally they are really good at this location.

Only reason they get 1 star is because they don’t allow zero stars. This location is incompetent. If you’re not getting your inspection done they will charge you minimum $300 for anything you come in for even though you don’t need it. I don’t know what they are good for after not needing inspections next year. Came in for them to check a part and the electrical piece of that part. They insult Auto zone with they don’t have the best sensors to diagnose the issue we have better readers. They then said a completely other part is the issue. They replace it and guess what the same reading is showing. They try to say well that sensor is gone when I never had that issue. The issue I came in was never fixed then they said well it might be an electrical issue which is what I came there for in the first place. They say they don’t know how to do electrical and can’t help us. Here’s a $400 bill for replacing a part that didn’t need replacing and have the same issue you had when you came in. Now who has the inferior diagnostic. My issue is when I come to a place of service and request electrical service you should disclose you can’t do electrical before we move forward. That’s not the best thing for the customer. Unprofessional to do so. I went to another shop and they were able to tell me that the part that Jiffy Lube replace didn’t need to be replaced had nothing to do with the issue you are having. I have reading from 3 different reports and none of them stated the part Jiffy lube charged me fire. Proof I didn’t need it it never cleared my reading and Jiffy lube gave up. It’s a robbery here. They should not be able to practice on people’s cars let alone call themselves a business.

The services I needed were done fast, but I discovered later that day that my tire valve core was taken out when I needed a tire rotation. The tire was leaking air heavily and I had to get it replaced.

Waited ~45 minutes for an oil change to be completed and that was with no line when I got there. By the time I left, the lobby was completely full because of how slow they were going. First and last time ever going to a Jiffy Lube.

What a scam.!! Everyone who went for an inspection was found with an issue. Mine was brake fluid was low. Another gentleman brake pads were worn. Then another one had a hose valve issue. For a vehicle inspection?? Never again
