Store manager Darryl and his crew did an amazing job. Having a high mileage vehicle Darrell did advise me on little things to keep my truck running. This Jiffy Lube is kind of out of my way to come too but I will be coming this way more often to get my oil changed and any services.

Not happy my oil change took longer than expected due to the lower technician leaving in the start of service and walked across the street to pick up a pizza he ordered from dominoes with no regards of me standing there waiting. And the other two guys just looking around clueless. Me and friends will start going across the street to Take five oil change . Thank for first time experience at jiffy lube

I went to the Jiffy Lube on 11/11/2024 for an oil change. I left the car running with the key in it and the staff pulled it in, completed the oil change and replaced the air filters (they showed me they needed to be replaced), and then they came back in and told me they couldn’t start the car or remove the key from the ignition. I was also unable to remove the key or start the car. We tried jumping the battery, charging it and replacing it with a new one my husband bought and brought over, and nothing worked. So the staff member helped us push the car out of the bay so they could close for the night and I called a tow company to take it to the dealership. The next morning the dealership notified me that the main engine harness, located next to the filter, had been unplugged. When it was reconnected, the car was able to start and the key worked normally. I requested a reimbursement for the tow and the dealership diagnostic fee and never heard back. I have been going there for years although my husband had given up after his car was damaged twice. Mistakes happen, but I don't plan to return after their non-reponsiveness.

Last year Genaro, and this January 2020 come by to get my: Vehicle Inspection, Efrain with all the team help me out with it, in less than 15 minutes my BMW was all set and ready to go. Definitely I will come back when I need any maintenance service. Huge 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ gold stars for you guys, keep it up. Hey check my video I record when I was there for the Texas Inspection, one of the guys saw one of my three 12" subwoofers, so I showed up my sound system to them, we were jamming & dancing, it was so cool! * Update, January 2022 I came back to do my Texas Inspection and check, jamming again with the Jiffy Team 🎶🎵🔊 Update, January 11 Mario and Robert did my oil change to my car, thanks as always

I just wanted to share my positive experience from today. I drove in to get my car inspected and then realized I probably needed to get an oil change. While I wasn't sure if I needed to get my oil changed, Marlin, the technician told me to take my time and they'd be there to help me when I was ready. After realizing I needed to get an oil change, Marlin offered all of the oil change options that were available for my car, explaining the differences with each option. I decided on which one to go with and asked if we could stay in the car as my mother is elderly and requires a walker. Usually customers get out of the car but Marlin, and his collegues Ely and Alec, were able to perform the oil change and inspection within a short time frame. Marlin truly exemplified exceptional customer service from the time we pulled up until the time we left. I was so impressed by the outstanding customer service that Marlin showed me I ran home and told 3 of my neighbors. They were also impressed by the service I received. I just wanted to say what an amazing asset Marlin is for the company.I hope this Google review gets to his manager, Mario as my mother and I really wanted to share our amazingly positive experience!

STAY AWAY - Sexist jerks! - My husband comes here and gets his oil changed on his truck regularly. He brings his own oil and filter and is charged $20 for labor. Today - I did the same thing and they charged me FULL price even though they didn't even use their oil and filter. When I asked why my husband gets charged less - I got told that I am wrong and that he doesn't pay less. So he told me I am a liar and then proceeded to tell me that the labor is what costs 55.99 - 10 minutes of "labor" - pouring oil into a vehicle? THAT I BROUGHT! Wild. And on top of that I asked them to do 10,000 miles on the sticker since I buy the 10,000 mile oil and they didn't even do that.

I’ve been going to this location for years for all of my oil changes and always had an amazing experience until today. Today 10/29/24 at 4:15pm I had the absolute worst customer service experience and was treated poorly and even lectured by staff which was extremely unnecessary. There was absolutely no communication and didn’t bother to ask me what I needed.
