Always a great experience!!! I had a little over 300 miles left to hit my 3000, there was some hesitation on JL doing the fluid top off which I can understand but they did it for me anyway. Greatly appreciated, I don’t drive much, I have 53k miles on a 8yr old VW Golf 🙈😊. A blessing as I was not ready to pay for a full oil change just yet. 🙏🏼 Visit 02/04/25 again Jiffy never lets me down, always honest about my car 🚙 needs. The place for all my car needs. Went in for my oil change and learned my breaks needed some work, got a great deal! Thanks guys for being trustworthy ❤️

PSA: I was told by employees that all Jiffy Lube locations stopped providing registration inspection services as of 1 Jan 2025. If you are coming for an inspection, this isn't the place any more.

The $7.99 "Shop Supplies" fee was not disclosed on any signage, verbally, or in writing before the work was performed, yet I was forced to pay it. When I inquired about not being informed, the Jiffy Lube employee admitted she had not been trained to disclose the fee and acknowledged that it was not posted anywhere. Additional issues: 1. The interior floors were not vacuumed. 2. The air filter was improperly reinstalled, which could have allowed dirt into the engine if I hadn’t noticed and corrected it.

Very happy with their service. I had my Spark Plugs changed out on my 2019 Cruze. They took about 35-40 mins. Super fast. Very friendly.

Thank you for vacuuming at least the front, can't wait for your service to return to what it was before everyone was afraid of catching a cold. I am glad you are vacuuming again. I actually stopped going to jiffy lube for a while when you stop vacuuming. It's a small thing but it makes a big difference.

Everything was pretty fast. Only thing I didn't appreciate is I paid for my lights to be cleaned. None foggy. A couple of years ago. I was told that my car lights could be cleaned as long as I had my car. And they couldn't find my car information. Because the company was bought off. . A

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I drove up, the staff were incredibly courteous. The greeting was warm, and the service was streamlined and efficient. While I waited, there were refrigerated beverages available for free, which was a nice touch. When I returned to my car, I was pleasantly surprised by how kind everyone was. One of the staff members even opened the door for me. 🚗✨ A+ service all around! The entire process was so smooth—I only had to wait for about 10 minutes and then paid just $7 for my inspection. To top it off, they gave me a $40 gift card, so it felt like I got paid to get my car inspected! They must have sensed that I needed some cheering up because they reminded me that some companies still genuinely care about their customers. It was a truly positive experience. 😊🌟
