Usually have the Best service there. Just some issues with inspection, wasn't inputted properly and I couldn't get my sticker, went back the next day and resolved it and was able to get my sticker. Over all service is outstanding and I truly trust jiffy lube with my oil change and other services they provide. I recommend them.

Every time I go to this location, the staff is kind. Once in the bay, I don't believe I have had to wait any longer than 10 minutes. Keep up the great work!

The worst place i have seen, went to do the state inspection on the company van, the manager came outside and asked me to leave the vehicle and to wait in the room, after 10 minutes she came back and told me that the windshield wipers were not working properly and in order to pass inspection I needed to get it replaced, i told her no im sure they are working, i just used them on my and they were working fine, she went outside and asked her colleague if they needed to be replaced and he told her no. Now she is impressed and she just wanted to find anything else to not pass the inspection, she came inside again and she was like ohh your gas cap needs to be replaced, you failed inspection, not even sure if that device that the guy was using in the video is working or not , looks like it came back from the 70th. This is the worst place i have ever seen, the way they want to rob you, the way they put you in a room looks exactly like a jail cell, these people should be more educated and not trying to rob their customers.

I took my Toyota Tacoma in for the annual inspection in order to update my registration. Old pickup but runs great, no issues. Wait was a little longer than I’d experienced there before, but no big deal. Was told everything was fine with the inspection, except for my wiper blades. I had replaced them about 6 months prior, they clean the windshield just fine. First I was told the end of the blade on the passenger side bowed up a bit from the glass. I pointed out the nice clean edge where the blade went. Then I was told it made too much of a noise. Then I was told by a third person it was because it skipped. All the while, the windshield was nice and clean after running them. $30, buy one get one free. Once the “inspector” made his decision, I was told it couldn’t be changed. Really not a great feeling knowing I couldn’t pass without paying more. The lady who checked me out to pay acknowledged it seemed odd, but couldn’t go against the “inspector”. It would be one or zero stars if she hadn’t given me a $30 off coupon for my next service. I’ve not had similar questionable experiences there in the past on multiple visits with multiple vehicles, so I anticipate I will go back, but my confidence is wavering.

It took 45 minutes there was one van infront of me. Don't no if you were short staffed. I passed inspection everyone was friendly and pleasant thanks I will be back.

I shouldn't have went back the first time the seal was not tight and I had a lot of oil leak out when I went back they told me it was a faulty seal and they fixed it. I went back later to get another oil change and the person underneath in the well kept trying to tighten up something and I was having a hard time then they wanted to reset my mileage so when I had an oil changed two of them 10 minutes later still couldn't figure it out. They said we kept pushing all the buttons but nothing works. Now you got everything else out of whack

I took my car yesterday to take five and paid for oil change and went home. My car was leaking oil and my driveway so today I took it to the Jiffy Lube and they looked at my car. They did another oil change and let me know what the problem was And fixed it they are very well experienced mechanics, and that makes a world of a difference!

I went here from the DMV to get a copy of inspection and got there right at 5pm (closing) they were coming to lock the door and without hesitation quickly serviced my needs with no push back. I am very grateful for this and them staying an extra 6 minutes for a service done by another JL location. Thank you, thank you, I can only imagine your customer service during regular business hours.

Fast service. Too pricey for replacem filters. Purchased both filters from Oriely's. Together there were $20 cheaper than what I was quoted for one filter. Crazy!!

I would give this location zero stars if I could. I was the only customer so all 4 employees acted like I was interrupting them. One was laying down outside the others were chatting.

Update: I’m going to update this by saying the owner of this jiffy lube did go above and beyond to correct what happened. I was given a well thought out apology, and she has gone over steps with her managers/staff to ensure this doesn’t happen to someone else. Owning a business is not easy, but I do deeply appreciate that the owner did everything in her power to make this right, and I feel as though it was made right. I appreciate the step up in customer service. I came in for a simple inspection. They started their “complementary inspection “ of my 2007 dodge, and told me the radiator needed to be flushed. I was on my lunch break and told them I didn’t have time. They offered to top off the coolant for $10 so I said sure. They overfilled the coolant and didn’t tighten the radiator cap back on, causing the radiator to overheat and now it isn’t drivable . As I was driving home from work the gauges light came on, and immediately my truck overheated. I parked and opened the hood and there was coolant EVERYWHERE. I now have to pay HUNDREDS because of carelessness. I’m beyond frustrated, and frankly angry. This is my only means of transportation, and now it can’t be driven. I will literally never come back to any jiffy lube. The manager also told me she had an entirely new crew. When i called and spoke to a manager I received an apology with 0 compensation. As of 7/11/24 the entire radiator now has to be replaced.
