This location has subpar communication. They did my oil change without asking me any questions about filters, type of oil, zero information. This resulted in me paying significantly more than at the other location I just went to 2 weeks ago with my other car. My car got more oil and the second car ended up costing more. No explanation as to how (even when I asked). The other location discussed everything with me prior to doing the actual oil change so I could agree to pricing. They also checked all my fluids and air pressure. They didn't do any of that at this location. I'll stick to the one down the street on Culebra for future services.

These guys were awesome! Efficient , friendly, Justin and his crew took the time to help me understand the issue with my oil leak and my options in service. Highly recommend this location. While I was there I got a oil change. Not kidding maybe under 10 minutes. Great experience!

Had a quick and simple time here today at Jiffy Lube Culebra. Would recommend. My rear windshield wiper was snapped/broken due to a car wash and that was a quick fix for the mechanic. Much appreciation to the gentleman helping me. I will keep this place in mind if I have any other issues with my vehicle.

I got a new battery here in the beginning of November and was charged for “terminal cleaning” as part of the new install. Fast forward to New Year’s Eve and my car wouldn’t start in the seaworld parking lot. We had to jump it to start and not even a mile later every icon on my dash is lighting up and the steering wheel is locking because everything is electronic. I had to have the car towed thinking it was probably the alternator. It turns out the terminals were just so dirty that the contact wasn’t great causing everything to act up. It all could have been prevented if they actually cleaned the terminals like they charged me for.

I wish there was a way to give a negative five-star rating. They totally blew out my motor and are now starting to be shady about it. I came in a couple of months ago to get an oil changed. They recommended that I get a oil flush because of some sludge in there. I said sure and proceeded to get the oil change, oil flush and oil filter. It started acting up shortly after. Maybe a few days later. I brought it in the following week and they told me that there was some dirt in the oil and that it can sometimes happen when the job is getting done. At no point in time during the second time coming here did they mention sludge. My car started acting up really bad within the last week and I finally was able to get it towed in to the shop her Shane's recommendation. He proceeds to tell me that there was a tremendous amount of sludge and now there is metal shavings in there indicating that the motor is blown. I asked him why that was not brought to my attention the second time around and he admitted that it should have been and that he deeply apologized that it wasn't. He further tells me that they will pay for a new motor after I take it to a dealership and have them look at it. Just for his boss to reach out to me and basically say that they will pay for a motor after a long drawn out process. Even after the manager of the location has admitted negligence. This is ridiculous. I would never recommend doing business with these people.

The staff was very nice and professional. My rating is due to pricing. I recommend going to Midas right down the street where it is better for pricing. I really needed my oil changed, or I would have waited. Times are too hard these days, and any savings help.
