I've been coming to this location for 20 years and the service is always good! About a month ago I was changing me headlight and my wedding ring fell into the engine and I could not find it. Today I went to get an oil change and asked them keep an eye out for my wedding ring knowing there wasn't much chance of them finding it.....Low and behold...the tech came into the waiting room with a huge smile and my wedding ring....made my day! Thank you La Sierra Jiffy Lube, you all rock!

Following a frustrating attempt at Pep Boys, the rudeness and the inability to help me, I went to Jiffy Lube. First, the guy that came to me when I pulled up was absolutely amazing and friendly. He didn’t know that I was upset and frustrated. He was welcoming which is what I needed. Next, Maria attended me and was super courteous and friendly also. Two people at Jiffy Lube turned my horrid day into a great day as they were able to service my car immediately!! Jiffy Lube now has a lifetime customer so thank you for training your people the right way!!

First time getting my oil change at Jiffy Lube. I live in Orange County but a good friend told me about this location where she goes. Everyone was very nice and service was quick. My friend told me that they even vacuum your car and clean the front windshield however that wasn’t done on my car. Still it was a good job. I will return.

I always go to this Jiffy Lube because it's close to home, and I've had several good oil changes here. They do my oil change, check ups, fluids topped off, and correct inflation in all my tires within my lunch hour so I don't have to move mountains in my work week or sacrifice precious PTO to get what I need. A very professional and polite team works here.

Very friendly and helpful I moved cities and everywhere I go I always get same helpful service been a customer since 2007 my first truck last me 13 years previous owner always did service at jiffy lube so I continue taking my truck there now I have another car I will continue taking my vehicles 🚗 to jiffy lube I recommend

Been coming here regularly for years. Jaynee has always been insightful and answered all my questions regarding my car. The team has always made sure my car needed the necessary service. I don’t have long service waits compared to other places. Jaynee will also provide coupons when they are available. Who doesn’t love a good saving 🙌🏻

I came with a 2004 car. I don’t know if thats why the lady was giving me awkward service. I don’t bite. My car doesn’t. This review does though. And I’m pretty sure her spider tattoo on the neck bites worse. Any how how about being enthusiastic and a smile. Other than that my car runs good now. Thanks for service, Car service*

I have used jiffy lube for my oil changes but I have always used chino hills location. I get in and out of there within 30 minutes. On Saturday I spent an hour and a half getting my service. I will never go back to that location.

I visited Jiffy Lube to have a car inspection. The people were courteous they took care of me right away. It took no time at all maybe 15-20 minutes. If I were to need more services, I would definitely go back.

Took my car for an oil change and after 2 days my car leaked its oil all over the driveway. Took it back and it was a faulty drain plug. Got a call from customer service and they offered me a coupon for a future service and a bottle of soap to clean my driveway. Not going to any of these locations in the future
