So much gratitude for this place. Today I came in for an inspection and oil change, and it turns out my car is in terrible condition- the manager on hand explained things to me really nicely, checked out my car to see what was going on, and told me I needed to get my car to a mechanic before taking it back for inspection. He was honest and didn't rip me off or charge me for things I didn't need. He also explained what was going on without being condescending. And I was treated equally as a woman- only respect from the guys. I wish I could've tipped everyone, I was out of cash! But I will definitely be coming back in the future.

This Jiffy Lube is by far the best in Raleigh/Wake Forest ares! The lady I think her name was Deana was very knowledgeable, consistent, and very well polite! I had no clue on what was wrong with my vehicle and her and her crew didn't hesitate to help and figure it out and come up with a solution! I'm so thankful! I will be returning! Thanks guys!

Came for the first and last time ever to this location. I have never had any issues at jiffy lube. I came in because my car needed a new battery. They had no customers waiting. I pull up and I tell the man working my issue and asked to get my battery checked. Mind you my husband told me to go ahead and ask for a new battery because of all the signs the car was giving him, he already knew it was the battery giving us the issue. He proceeds to tell me my battery is all good and is asking me what issues the car is giving me and then calls over his coworker which was a woman. They tell me everything is fine and my battery is reading good and that it’s not necessary to change it. I tell them the car was giving me a weak start and the dash was flickering and they told me it’s not necessary to change my battery BUT if I really wanted to they would change it. I call my husband and he tells me to leave and go to AutoZone. I go to AutoZone and to have my battery checked and the first thing the guy told me was “yes, your battery is super low you need a new battery” do better jiffy lube. I could tell your workers were just being lazy and didn’t want to get the job done! I had my son with me. Thankfully nothing bad happened to us and we got out battery changed at AutoZone!

Last time I brought my car here to get it inspected the guy that brought my car in took the spray I keep in the glovebox and sprayed in all over my car. How disrespectful! Won’t be returning here ever again Update: sent email as required to the address in the reply and received no response.

This was the worst experience of getting my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube store in Durham (store #1000). Entire staff were friendly, they missed important key components of an oil change. For example screwing back on the filter and caps. This caused a huge oil leak in my garage. Thank God for Raleigh Jiffy Lube store being gracious enough to fix another store’s mess up. Pictures below just in case you think I’m exaggerating.

the assistant manager deanna lacks customer service and general ppl skills. one of the most combative, bitter individuals i’ve met. the way she spoke to her employees was callous and degrading. you’re better off going to a different mechanic shop. if i could give 0 stars i would.
