Great service with efficient & courteous staff. They even hold the doors open for you! I was in/out quickly for my state inspection. They offered to do an oil change, but I didn't need it for another 2k miles, so they gave me a coupon to return for my next oil change.

Shady and dishonest. They hide the total price from you until it is time to pay. They'll quote one amount and then add fees along the way and charge you a different amount at the end. I also watched them trick a kid into agreeing to $50+ for a cabin filter (he thought they asked him if he wanted a new oil filter). About 90 seconds later, once he realized what happened, he asked to cancel the cabin filter but was told that couldn't be done because the "labor" had already started. Avoid this place.

Refused to pass vehicle inspection due to legal film without letter or call from DMV. Refused to look at NC's website stating film was legal.

They attempted to scam me. On the phone they said $86 for the blend oil change. Prices are clearly advertised as you wait. I had a $26 coupon $8 fee that was not mentioned ***My major complaint though is they tried to charge me $126..... when without the coupon is supposed to be $86 so if you guys monitor this, please tell me where the price difference is. Scammy as hell. it appears like they're just adding on bogus fees? Get outta here. Nice try. The guy did not explain what the price discrepancy was. I'm assuming because I was very friendly, they tried to pull a fast one. I read other reviews about how they're not actually switching tires when they rotate... you need to provide an honest service especially when I'm being upfront and friendly with you. It doesn't mean I'm weak. I'm not a dumbass but go ahead and live like that. You're ripping off honest good people and karma does exist so enjoy when it comes around to bite you in the ass. Sometimes when you try to rip off people being very friendly, they could be the most vicious so keep that in mind next time you try to scam people.

Wonderful service and a great team of people. Fixed my flat tire very fast and were very kind and polite. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone who asked where to get their tire changed or patched.

They’ll offer you 50% off oil changes and charge you full price. Then when you confront them about it, tell you that they’ll do it next time you come in. Absolute scammers.

Went for oil change and tire rotation. Sat next to the window so that I could watch them. I noticed that they did not rotate the tires on the driver side and when I went to pay, I said to remove the tire rotation because they did not do it. The woman immediately said I knew you were going to be a problem cause you were watching And then stormed off to get the manager. They both came in and she said she did rotate the tires and I told them they did not because I sat and watched them and she replied with Why didn’t you tell me that I didn’t rotate them since you were watching. I replied with I thought you said you did. The manager then charged me for half the rotation because he said they did the passenger side which I could not confirm because I couldn’t see it. Can’t trust anyone these days.

Came here with a completely flat tire and was lucky enough to have Michael help me. We couldn’t figure out the cause of the flat tire but he made sure to show me the tire and explain what was going on. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and the customer service was great. If I need to replace the tires I will be coming back to Michael!! Thanks!!

Once car on lift they tell you all these extra that you "need".... lesson learned. Will not be dealing with them anymore. Paid almost triple what I normally pay for oil change.

Went in for an oil change and state inspection and was in and out in half hour and they were very nice!
