Clearly says 'state vehicle inspections' as a service they provide. Get there and they tell me they don't do inspections after waiting at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes just to even speak to anyone. Don't waste your time coming to this place.

Worst service ever. They didn’t do anything that the website say they are supposed to do. First, who doesn’t top off other fluids? They didn’t fill brake fluid or antifreeze (places like Take 5 do it for free). This is the first time I ever heard that I have to pay for antifreeze or brake fluid. Then they didn’t vacuum floors or clean the windows. They lied on the paperwork that they filled the window washer (I had to fill that myself and I used almost half a gallon). What did I pay $125 for? I could have gotten it cheaper other locations and I only went here because Uber recommended it. I also emailed Uber about this encounter and maybe they need to rethink their partnership

Charged me way more than I have ever paid at a Jiffy Lube even though I got the same service I always do. 5 months ago I paid $60 for the same oil and today it was $85. Didn’t tell me until after it was done, just told me they would give me the same oil as usual. Also charged an $8 shop supply??? Never had this charged before.

The price of service is ridiculous these days, but it is what it is. I needed a fast oil change and tire rotation and getting there at nearly opening on a Friday I was out in less than an hour, thanks guys! I have seen reviews of others who complained of the smell of weed, and I smelled that as well but honestly, at least in my instance, I think it was from a customer.

Came by for a state inspection and staff said this location does not do inspections. That said, I have Changed my oil here and had a good experience.

I came here for an oil change and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 45 mins and the only reason why it was a longer wait was due to an upcoming holiday weekend. I will definitely be coming back!

Incorrect service inspection on my vehicle! Performed unnecesary service, costing me hundreds of dollars. Employee had very little knowledge of what he was assessing (front and rear brakes). Incorrect vehicle diagnosis Validated with Meineke afterwards, given they had my 4 yr service record. Previously, I Wasted my time on 4 different occassions, attempting to do state inspection. Had to go some place else. Not trusted, not recommended if you need service beyond oil and filter change.

My tire pressure light came on as I was on my way from Raleigh to Burlington. I stopped at Jiffy Lube on Brier Creek and a nice kind guy named Lamont said he’d be happy to check the pressure on my tires at no charge after I had offered to pay. I am so appreciative that he helped me, got all the tires properly filled and was so nice about it. I do all of my oil changes and inspections at Jiffy Lube on Creedmoor Road and felt comfortable that I could get my tires checked reliably at any Jiffy Lube, even if I had to pay, it would be worth it. Thank you so much Lamont and Jiffy Lube on Brier Creek Parkway!

i had an inspection done here before a year ago ans customer service was always great, however today i needed an inspection and was told they don't do inspections. I respectfully asked why? and was given 0 answer and terrible attitude towards a simple question. After going to a different jiffy lube in glenwood I was told their inspection license was revoked at the one in brier creek. Makes sense but could of used less attitude on the subject and just given a legitamite answer instead of giving me an obvious annoyed at talking with me body language. i will no longer come to this jiffy lube, even though i really liked some of the staff.

I went to this Jiffy lube because it's right by my job. I wanted air in my tire and that is all. The man that is the manager. Has a whole attitude. I tried to let him know that only my right driver side was showing low pressure. He put his👋🏾 up like telling me to be quite. Then he proceeds to put air in all my tires and just left not saying anything.... not one word. I waited a few minutes bc my tire pressure was still low. Thinking he's gonna come back and say something...I said excuse me can I speak to your manager please and come to find out he is the manager smh. I let him know that my tire pressure is still low. He gets an attitude with me and let me know it's a free service. Which I realized that but you dnt have to be rude at all. It's call customer service which he really does not have at all. He didn't want to help me out at all. It's a shame how disrespectful he was and is as a manager. I definitely will NOT COME BACK FOR ANY SERVICE. HE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. Oh and it's only 4:15 and they close at 6pm.

Oil changes are always fast and excellent. I was told today that they no longer provide state inspections at this location, despite Google Maps pulling this up as the first suggestion (marked as paid ad) for this geographical area. I don’t think anyone that has the resources or time to do so would sue Jiffy Lube for false advertising. However to say that this situation must be frustrating for the employees - and was certainly disappointing for me as my car has been inspected here the past 2-3 years - would be an understatement. Edit to Reply to Owner's Reply: No, absolutely not. I've spent enough time on this matter. I went to another location and they were able to assist me. Either you offer State Inspections, or you don't. If you don't, I would recommend removing the paid targeted advertising on Google Maps and removing the signage for State Inspections at this location as another reviewer mentioned in their review a month ago. If you do offer State Inspections, you have a few employees that require additional training or replacing.

they broke my oil filter cap. leaked oil the same day. and they tried upcharging. DISHONEST AND WILL BREAK YOUR CAP IF YOU DONT overpay

I got here about 20 minutes before they opened to wait to be first and in and out. All I needed was a state inspection. Pulled in as soon as they opened and the guy tells me that they don’t do State inspections! I asked “why do you have a big sign that says Sate Inspections?” He told me that they are NOT allowed to take it down because they would have to get on a ladder. So you prefer to falsely advertise to people then take a sign down?!??? NEVER again will I go to Jiffy Lube!

Staff was friendly, shop looked clean, but unlike the website and google listing they do not offer NC state inspections at all, which is what I was lookinging for and have usually been able to get at other locations

The crew in the shop is what makes this shop so great. They are attentive, welcoming, and gracious. I wish that I got the manager's name (I was there early this morning at 10:30 AM), but he was quite helpful in making sure they had the oil for my 20 year old Pacifica. If they keep this up, I will never go anywhere else for an oil change. Kudos to this crew. They did an excellent job! Keep up the good work.

why would someone send me this information when i was right there in the store and asked if everything else that they checked was fine or needed to be replaced they told me no there was nothing else that needed to be done. So who is lying now.
