These folks do a good job and there's usually never much of a line of people in front of me. I usually just get an oil change and tire rotation. Both jobs I used to do myself but I'm old and lazy now and this saves a lot of hassle finding all the parts, tools and disposing of waste! My time is worth more to me now than my money....did I mention I'm old? Good place to get inspections too as it usually done in a jiffy, hence the name I guess!

Honestly am super sad. I am a college student and wanted to change my oil before driving a long way home. I went there and they said I need to change several of my filters so I paid that and they also changed my oil. 3 days later on my drive back home my skid plate came off on the right side. It kept scratch the asphalt bad I took it into an auto body shop and they zip tied it but said to get it fixed once I’m done traveling. I just took it to an auto body place and I have to pay 258 dollars to fix it and they said it is because the people who changed my oil didn’t put the clips back on like whey were supposed to. I would like to speak to someone at Jiffy Lube. 4 months later…. I emailed them and let them know the issues with photos and more and never heard back. Also explained how I left the first review at the wrong location and have deleted it now. I would be willing to delete this review if I am able to be taken care of for what they did to my car.

I went to this place for oil change, tire rotation, and State inspection. After half an hour, they said they couldn't remove the oil filter and they asked me to go to Toyota dealership to remove the oil filter. The foreman offered credit for the filter, but charged for oil change. I went to the Toyota dealership and the service advisor said the Jiffy Lube guys shouldn't have changed the oil as they couldn't remove the filter and they shouldn't have charged for oil change because when the dealership removed the filter they had to drain the oil. He also said the Jiffy Lube guys may not have the right tools to remove the filter. Eventually, I had to do oil change twice within two days!!. In addition, after they did the tire rotation, they pulled the car out of the service bay without putting the hubcaps back on. They lost two valve caps too. This place may be good for State inspection, but NOT for other work. Next time, I will go to the dealership or my usual mechanic. Oh, I forgot to mention one thing. The restroom is in a bad shape. Needs regular cleaning and maintenance.

If you want a place where the only time you exist to the front desk is to pay, this is it. If you want extra services added on and done without being consulted, this is also that place. If you want service done in a reasonable time frame, this is Not the place.

Came on a Saturday afternoon and this was the worse decision made. They was so busy it was an hour wait for service. Decided to come on a Sunday instead at the same time. I was able to get in and get out with no issues. My only problem is my tires needed air and they did not attend to that. Due to time restraints I didn't make an issue of this however it is noted no vacuum, glass or air service.

I went in for a simple inspection and oil change and ended up costing me $140 because they didn't tell me they were going to charge me for every little thing they did. Like rotate the tires, top off the coolant, of course I knew I had to replace the wiper, but $26 for a wiper. Luckily I had a coupon so it only cost me a $114 out of my pocket, but that's a lot of money for a simple oil change and inspection that only costs $13.
