A standard oil change and state inspection. Nothing wrong, nothing outstanding. Just an oil change place doing oil changes. They were cordial, not polite. The waiting area is rundown, oily and smells, but not a big deal. It’s just a place that performs a needed service.

I used to go here regularly for our 3 cars oil and inspection, but no more. The lady working kept waving me to drive forward while an older gentleman was literally walking in front of my car (right in front of her)- when I motioned with my hand to try to point to the pedestrian- a technician told me to calm down without even knowing what transpired and said “she was waving to you”- no, we had already exchanged greetings.

I usually don't leave reviews for a business, but today, I felt compelled to do so. As I pulled up to Jiffy Lube and was looking to be assisted, Jessica greeted me with the biggest smile I've ever seen! Her customer service skills and knowledge blew me away. After speaking with her for a bit, she mentioned she was brand new and I couldn't believe it! I will definitely return for car maintenance regularly now that I know I will be taken care of. Jessica is a keeper and she deserves a raise already, in my opinion. This world would be a lot better place with more people like her in this world! I have had bad experiences in the past with Jiffy Lube, but after speaking with Jessica, you now have a return customer for life!

I have taken my cars, BMWs, VWs, Ford Truck, and Prius to Jiffy Lube for 20 years. They share with me the concerns and show me the evidence. They dont just do their job, if do feel like they work for me. They are also proactive to share with me specials and are honest on whether I need it vs a recommendation.

Failed my vehicle inspection for legal uv blocking film. I showed them where it was legal on NC's website and they refused to pass it without a direct call or letter from DMV. - 25 year customer won't be coming back

I purchased a Groupon for a mixed synthetic oil change valued at $85.99 and paid $55.99 for it upfront through Groupon. However, when I went to Jiffy Lube, they simply deducted the $55.99 I already paid, and I had to pay the remaining balance there, essentially paying the full price in two parts—one to Groupon and one to Jiffy Lube. There was no actual discount; we ended up paying the full $85.99 instead of saving $30. I tried to explain this to the staff at Jiffy Lube, but they didn’t understand. Very frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning.

All went well until we were "finished" the guy entering in our information off our registration said we had the wrong registration and needed the correct registration. I handed him the correct paperwork and he looked at it then walked back to the car, walked past my husband and put the paperwork on the dash saying he didn't need it. 😑 I asked him "I thought you said you needed the updated paperwork?" Then another guy came up and said the first guy is hard to work with but calm down and they'll get it done....umm we were calm, telling us to calm down only pissed me off. We asked if we needed anything else and we Drove off. We will not go there anymore, customer service was terrible from the garage employees. 😑

It was free to have my cabin filter replaced, the guy that replaced it tried to damage my glove compartment door on purpose. That is why this location gets a one star rating. If you don't want to do it for free, please don't damage the customer's car. Just charge a price and do it right, please sir.

This Jiffy Lube location in Raleigh has always the nicest staff. I live in a nearby town and always drive to this location. Recommend to anyone who wants friendly, fast, and honest auto service.
