Chrishawn was super welcoming and provided great customer service curating a happy experience from the start! I actually drove to a different jiffy lube first and ended up turning around and coming to this one bc I had been here before and just felt more comfortable going somewhere I knew. Glad I did just for Chrishawn!

I took my vehicle in for the state inspection. From the start to finish all of the technicians and office staff were courteous, friendly, extremely professional, and very efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service! I will be back.

I went on 1/18 to get my brakes checked and was told it couldn’t be completed that day, that’s fair! It was approx 3 hours before closing and was busy. I asked to schedule an appt and was told no appt needed, leaving me to just show up and hope they aren’t busy….this was the first red flag. I was also quoted approx $600 for a rear brake pad and rotor replacement. Upon getting other options, the cost was around $300. Between the unwillingness to help and the crazy markups I would avoid this place!! Many other great options around the area.

Lied to me to get out of work. Went in for a tire patch or plug, but the "gentleman" told me he couldn't repair it if he wanted to because of dry rot. On my less than 2 year old 85k mi rated name brand tires. Took it to Pep Boys. No trace of dry rot, patched it up without an appointment or hassle. Never going back, not even for state inspection.

This place stands out. Great staff who are all dialed in and also put effort into building a good experience for costumers. They tell me everything the Toyota place tells me but in a quarter of the time and with a lot less bs mixed in. Go here!

Been going for 2 years and staff has always been friendly and gotten me out in a timely manner. Russell helped me out today when autozone nor vavoline could switch my headlight. He did it in 3 mins!

Russell and his team are kind, efficient, and always willing to help. I have never had a bad experience at this store! Prices are affordable and they always make sure your car is in the best shape. Highly recommend this place!! I refuse to go to any other jiffy lube because of them.

I had an excellent experience at the location on Western Blvd where I received a state inspection and an oil change. All of the employees were incredibly kind and attentive and the service was impeccable and very fast. They communicated with me well and clearly had my best interest in mind.

They scammed me 30$ for an inspection instead of the 13.60$ for a regular inspection after I said “no” to all of there recommendations of what I should get done to my car. Do not go here. This place is a bunch of hooplah and scammers.

This is the location to go to. They are quick and respectful. If you don’t need something, they don’t push it. A very nice gentleman ringed me out. He was super friendly and professional.
