I went in for just an oil change and Cody, Sky and the entire team went above and beyond helping me find things that needed replacing (on my 20 year old Ford) and showing me why. I'm a suspicious person in general but these guys were honest and didn't try to oversell me on anything, but I left with some much needed additional maintenance and my car has never run better! Thank you all again so much!!

I had a very unfortunate experience at this Jiffy Lube with the general manager, Steve. Glasses, dark hair and goatee. Upon completion of the work by the techs, I got in my truck and found my current insurance card and roadside assistance Contact card that was in my glove box with my documentation of vehicle warranty… haphazardly on the floorboards near the door of the passenger side of my truck. Very easily could’ve been mistaken for trash or blown out of the car when I opened the door.. when I kindly brought this to his attention that “hey by the way, this was on the floorboards, I could’ve lost them…”. Steve stepped into my personal space physically stared me down interrupted me before I could finish sharing my valid concern, and proceeded to tell me that I didn’t know what I was talking about that they were not at fault for any misplacement of any of my personal documents and that I did not know what I was talking about. He proceeded to interrupt me repeatedly as I tried to explain that I was trying to help his business from being poorly reviewed upon. The example Steve set for his staff in my opinion leads to very very poor customer service.. instead of trying to smooth over the situation Steve took a picture of my license plate after I disengage from the conversation saying you know what I’m done with this I’m leaving. I will never go to this Jiffy Lube again… because of the general manager, Steve.

I had called Jiffy Lube letting them know my car would be towed to them (3 minutes away) in 58 minutes. Over 2.5 hours later my car had finally arrived. It was 12:30 and I hadn’t even had breakfast! The team was so kind and thoughtful! They kept apologizing for the tow truck when it was my insurance company’s tow truck. They made the rest of my day! Thank you!

This jiffy lube totaled my car by starting the engine without oil in it. They are refusing to pay for damages. My husband took the car here last week for an oil change and break flush. He said there was a loud fight in the bays while the car was getting worked on, and then someone came out panicked saying it was going to take longer than expected. As soon as my husband got home after the check engine light came on. Another mechanic diagnosed the issue—the engine was started without oil in it. Jiffy lube is denying anything happened. This place will total your car and then not repair it. Do not recommend.

They were fast at least. But there were a several aspects of the service that was forgotten/ignored. With the price paid I would have expected things to be fully completed, and for them to at least acknowledge that the check engine light came on after they performed the service. Now I have to take my car somewhere else to get that checked out.

I was very surprised to how fast the service was preformed. The Mecanic was friendly, and attentive and listened carefully to what I needed to be done in my car. The waiting area was clean, and comfortable and the price for the work preformed was a plus.
