The workers were most thoughtful in finding what items might be needing servicing, and telling me about them, & after explaining about the item, asking me if I had had that particular service done before. Then, asking if I'd like them to do it at this time. Being a widow, & not been asked these questions before, I didn't know what the items were. Each items was explained to me, & then I gave the okay to do them. I am grateful for their dedication for doing the right work at the right time.

While getting a routine oil change the service tech noticed a brake leak. I had just had my brakes replaced at another place and the service member at Jiffy Lube saved my life by noting this issue and encouraging me to return immediately to the original shop for repair. The Jiffy Lube team even offered a post repair inspection. Shout out to the Jiffy Lube on 148th and Division. You definitely have my business and appreciation.

Update: shortly after this service, my oil light went on. I checked the levels and all seemed well. I went back to the location for a code check. The manager of that location sent me 60 blocks to another location where there was apparently a woman who knew what she was doing? She drained some of the oil and supposed it was an overfill issue. But the oil light didn't stop coming on until my next oil change at a Valvoline location. Never going back to any Jiffy Lube. Quick, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Thanks, guys!

A $20 coupon on a $75 charge isn't a better deal than a $15 coupon on a $60 charge.I know you know bc it's happened multiple times.I wouldn't have said a thing if you would have had the 2nd bay going

They was fast for oil change but they don’t have the tools for tiers rotation 😑 And today I went to other Jiffy Lube store to do oil change and they informed me that the last oil change was done without filter change even they changed me the cost. I am not happy at all with this store, Jiffy Lube dose better service in other locations.

I was greeted and given an estimate of wait time right away (which turned out to be less than expected). The technician verified my requested service, and the blend of oil, before topping off fluids. The whole process was efficient, pleasant and courteous - I'm very satisfied with my continuing choice of Jiffy Lube:)

Visited for a power steering fluid change. The rep was hesitant and not happy. Didn't want to do the job. I tried a little bit further but he just had no interest so I just backed out and drove away and he didn't say a thing. Don't advertise what you're not wanting to do.

It's not that they didn't have the oil filter I needed, it's not that they did the bare minimum to answer my questions. It's that the person couldn't have gotten rid of me any faster, didn't even do me the courtesy of shutting the hood while he was in front of the car. Don't have the filter, no I can't check, no it doesn't have a part number, be gone.
