I spoke to Terry prior to visiting the Warner Rd location in Phoenix, AZ to ask if they have an oil filter for our 2006 Land Rover LR3HSE. His store location did not have my filter but he would get a filter in the next 20 min. I stopped by an hour later and Terry and his team provided best in class service to make me feel like a valued customer.

After agreeing to a price, I give them my keys, they drive the car in and I go for a walk. I come back 15 mins later and they’ve done nothing. When I ask, they say they’ve got a cheaper price they want me to agree to. Only then do they start. What a waste of time. Communicate properly.

Even though they were tired and it was closing time. They still took the time to service my car. Also my windshield wiper was broken and they replaced it for free.

The cap was not replaced on my oil reservoir after my oil change which resulted in 3+ quarts of oil spilling into my engine compartment. This could have led to catastrophic damage to my vehicle.
