I was quoted a price for my oil change. I noticed that the tv in the waiting room had a different price so I asked why I was quoted so much more. The gentleman at the cash register said the prices shown on the tv were 4 years old. I felt like I was getting scammed. I feel that he should have honored the advertised price for the oil change.

The team in this facility are awesome. I really appreciate their time and service. Today I was really impressed by the extra touch vacuum the front area of my truck and tried to fill my window wash compartment but had to (fortunately for me) let me know of a crack/hole. They cleaned my window perfectly though. THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊

I went in for an oil change on our old car that we have for emergencies. Found out it had a major oil leak, and they took care of it fast and very reasonably priced. The service was great, and the guys were very respectful. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

The Thunderbird and I-17 location has the best service from any other jiffy lines I’ve been to. They found that I was missing a brake fluid cap that a different store didn’t tighten and had fallen off. They told me that I should go back to that store and have them reimburse me for the cap and given me $25 off my oil change as well as added coolant, which they normally charge for. They were very respectful, professional and took care of me as a customer. Thank you Brandon.

I have used jiffy lube for my last 4 oil changed and it seems they can not keep me in system and I have to reenter all information again. Because the service people are helpful and considerate. I do return but at some point if the computers are not corrected I will take my business elsewhere.

TLDR; Fast, Friendly, and Professional. Long Form: They've been my go-to for years - no, decades! And for all those years they've been friendly, professional, and fast. The waiting room is about as comfortable and clean as you could hope for, with well-padded chairs and a vending machine and a TV showing clips with ads between. So, not as comfy as my living room, but hey, I'm only there for a few minutes anyway. Mostly I'm reading emails or, like today, having an actual conversation with a fellow human being for a few minutes, with no agenda!
